I went to LongHorn Steakhouse yesterday and had a great overall experience. We did wait a little longer than average to be seated, but everything after that definitely made up for it.
Our server yesterday, Ian, was excellent. As soon as we sat down, he came right over, got our drink orders, and was very organized and professional. The bread came out quickly, and he checked back in to offer more as soon as we finished before taking our food order.
When the food arrived, Ian made sure everything was correct and stayed on top of refills and check-ins throughout the meal. To top it off, he surprised us with a free dessert for our celebration, which we really appreciated and didn’t even ask for.
Big shoutout to Ian for making this visit memorable. I also want to give a shoutout to Walter, who has been my server on previous visits and has always provided great service as well. If you’re dining here, you’re in good hands with either of them. Very happy and pleased overall.

It’s our first time here and we all enjoy our steak . Every dish is fresh and good quality. The price is reasonable and service is excellent. Really recommend it .

Friday night and not having to wait! Talk about perfect timing. Can’t go wrong when the “KIDS” meals look like a full meal! If you don’t know, try the Steak n’ Ribs combo that’s shown in the photos. 2 choices of sides, one shown being the loaded baked potato the other a Cesar salad. Food and service was on point. Worth coming back every time.

our server Joe was excellent — very attentive, friendly, and provided great service. Unfortunately, the ribeye steak was very disappointing. Just like the sad look in the picture, that’s exactly how the flavor was — poorly cooked and a bit tough. It seems the person working the sauté station did not do a good job this time. The service was great, but the food did not live up to expectations.

Nice experience here today.
First we arrived near 5 pm and there was no wait for a table. The line was out the door at 6 when we left.
The restaurant was clean and well appointed. Everything was done at the right level.
Our server, Esteban was friendly, knowledgeable and took care of us very well.
Meals were delivered hot and tasty. The timing between courses was great.
Best part was my med rare fillet was cooked perfectly! An unusual accomplishment in today’s world.

Always love Longhorn and glad they have one close by our house. Celebrated our kid’s birthday here and we had an awesome lunch with the whole family. Their steak is always very tasty and they also have good food selections on their children’s menu. The atmosphere is always great and our server was excellent.

I ordered online for a takeout, and I didn’t add a tip because is a takeout. I drove there, wait in my car like they asked me to and when this blonde dude brings my bag, he hands me a check with a pen to sign like when you pay inside at your table, I left $0 because is a takeout. You don’t need to leave a tip because they are giving you the food you paid for, there is no special service to this takeout transaction. I don’t mind getting out of my car and grabbing the food inside myself… you’re thinking, “well, they packed your food” if they don’t put my food inside the bag or a container then how am I going to take my food home or what is the bare minimum that their salaries are based on??? They don’t even took my order, I don’t know who they are! What would I tip for? 15% 18% 20%… said “suggested” on the receipt he handed me? Lol the audacity a tip just to pack, walk and give me my food.
On the other side, I paid for a 8onz sirloin instead of the 6onz and I got less than six.. if these shrinks or whatever how much a 6onz will weight? 3.7onz?

Wow the grilled chicken and strawberry salad was outstanding !
Service was slow my dates meal was growing cold (he’s a gent ) while waiting an abnormally long time. He also had a chicken dish.
However our service prior and after was fantastic and the manager delivered my salad ‘tardy’ but delicious.
Since the have opened the service and the meals have improved significantly under this new ‘hands on ‘ manager.
We highly recommend stopping in.

We had Kyley as a bartender and she was amazing, attentive, and helpful. The atmosphere is a little meh seems like there’s quite a bit of confusion. Luckily we sat at the bar and had great service from the bartender Kyley and we are glad we came in.
