Stopped by LongHorn in Cape Coral and had a really good experience overall. The food came out fast and everything tasted great. Our server wasn’t the most attentive, but the place was really busy so it seemed like she was doing the best she could keeping up with all her tables. Even with that, everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our meal. Overall a great experience, just like most LongHorn locations I’ve been to. Would definitely come back.

I want to start my review by saying that everyone we encountered was very nice and helpful. All of the staff were wonderful. I do wish I could say the same for the food. We both ordered the 8oz Renegade sirloin. We ordered them medium rare. I will say they were cooked perfectly, but they were truly bland. The A1 sauce barely helped. One of us ordered the mash potatoes with gravy, which she did not get the gravy and the mashed potatoes tasted like creamy salted butter. I had the asparagus, which says it has a lemon sauce, but all I could taste was lots of salt. Our Caesar salads were good. The bread was nothing special. I had never been to a Longhorn Steakhouse before so I had high hopes after hearing people say how good it was. Sadly, that was not my experience. I think I’m at “I’ve tried it, now I don’t ever have to go back”. Well, maybe just for cocktails, as our drinks were very good.

Service at bar was very very good. The ladies were on it for everything. I had there version of onion petals and a ribeye with brussel sprouts and a side salad. The salad very fresh not frozen and was hot.

Overall, a delicious late lunch. Sunday afternoon, so it was busy. Service was a bit slow, but had went with a friend to have conversation, so it didn’t bother us.

To start how does one put a single plasticware in a bag with multiple meals?
17 chicken tenders in total, sauce was selected, NONE, ZERO, ZIP, ZELCH, was in my bag. 17 chicken tenders that come with honey mustard and I didn’t get a single dipping cup.
I got my bread, no butter.
The baked potato was rock hard on the outside my daughter couldn’t get to the inside. And the toppings were all soaked in butter in little sauce cup. They couldn’t put the cheese, bacon and chives on the potato and put butter and sour cream in separate sauce cups like a normal place would?
I had an amazing dine in experience, at a different location and wanted to grab it to go on my way home. I will not be doing that again. It came out right on time and that’s about the only good thing about the experience. The mac and cheese was less than par, my kids didn’t touch it they ate broccoli.
Honestly all I wanted was a good salad and bread and butter. My salad was hot in between hot food and warm bread and it lacked in the plethora of cucumbers and tomatoes I had on my salad over the weekend. I thought I found a new place to grab carryout but was quickly shown that is not the case. Hopefully dining in at this location is better or I wouldn’t waste the time.

The waitress, I don’t remember her name, but she was absolutely wonderful I never had to ask for a refill. She was very attentive. She kept swinging by the table in a timely manner to see if we needed anything else. The food was delicious. The broccoli was a little overcooked, but I dealt with it. Overall, I was just very satisfied. My date was very satisfied with her meal. Everything was cooked to perfection

Entire staff was super friendly and respectful. I was lucky enough to get one of their jew servers Sebastian who made sure my wife and I were taken care of in every way possible! He even hooked us up with a complimentary dessert for being patient with him. Restuarant was clean, staff amazing, manager was kind and appreciative of when he got word of his staff being amazing! I will tell everyone to go here!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience at LongHorn! This time we decided to keep it a little lighter with fewer carbs — focusing on protein and fresh steamed vegetables. The steak was cooked perfectly, full of flavor and so juicy. The salmon was absolutely fabulous — tender, seasoned just right, and paired beautifully with the asparagus and broccoli. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Definitely a place we will happily return to!
