Overall great experience as far as the Longhorn chain goes. Outlaw ribeye was a good med rare just as ordered and seasoned well. Service was great and friendly. About a 15 min wait to get seated for two on a Sat night around 5:30. Deserving 5 star visit.

We’ve always liked the LongHorn Steakhouse franchise, and this location definitely didn’t disappoint. We were traveling and chose it because it was close to our hotel. We pulled in around 9:30, with the restaurant closing at 10, and honestly expected the staff might not be thrilled to see us walk in that late—but we couldn’t have been more wrong.
The service was super friendly and surprisingly fast, and we never felt rushed or unwelcome. My husband and I both ordered hamburgers, and they were cooked perfectly. It was such a great experience, especially after a long day of traveling. This location really went above and beyond, and we’d happily stop here again.

We had a very pleasant evening here last night. We came up from Fort lauderdale florida for the weekend. Our waiter was a young lady by the name of Jadee. She was absolutely wonderful. Her energy and her attentiveness to us were simply awesome. She really went out of her way to make sure my wife & I dinner @ Longhorn last night was astounding. Thank you Jadee from Longhorn of Valdosta! You were amazing! As well as the hostesses as well. Great job team Longhorn of Valdosta!

I ordered a togo order of Bacon Cheeseburger and Spicy CHICKEN bites as appetizer plus some other sides.
I got a cheeseburger with NO bacon even through I was charged extra for it, and I had at least 6 pieces of SHRIMP in my spicy chicken appetizer. I cannot eat shrimp!!!!
Who on earth puts shrimp in a chicken appetizer, you can kill someone who has shrimp allergies.
Someone needs some serious training in that restaurant!!!

11/21/24. We will start with the appetizers we had the fried shrimp and it was fabulous. I ordered the strawberry peacon salad and it was good also. The rideye and sweet potato came out and the sweet potato was good but my steak was the worst steak I had in a long time, it was fatty and had some stringy what ever you want to call it through my steak. Their were 2 of them running through my steak. So for the money spent on that kind of steak you would think I would be better than that. I put a pic of all the fat on my steak..

Fast service, very good food! Waitress was attentive, drinks excellent! Only the appetizer was sub-par. Cheese sticks over cooked and the cheese was melted away. Would have sent back if we weren’t starved!!

June 2024 review. 9 Months ago, this was a 5 star review. I know any one thing can change, but the total experience degraded. This time, the strawberry pecan salad was not fresh and filled with brown tinged romaine stalks. Other fruits not very fresh. Shrimp skewers were okay. My wife’s chopped steak and sweet potato okay. The bread was dry and overheated. Hostess asked how many, grabbed two menus and walked away. I asked if we were supposed to follow. She was pretty dismissive of us. We’re much older, she was very young. New pics included. Note the brown lettuce. I think you can see it. When I pointed it out to the server, she said she would tell the kitchen. Later the manager walked by twice but studiously avoided eye contact. Looks like they are off my list again.

Crisp lettuce, juicy mandarin oranges, pecans that tasted like fresh pecans (that’s pee-cans in local slang). Everything about the salad had me dancing a little in my chair. Not many things get me that excited at my age nowadays! All the food was excellent or better! Service was pleasant and I didn’t get grief about needing 3 take home boxes! We are putting Longhorns Valdosta back on our list and hope they keep it up!

Audri was fantastic! Her customer service is top tier. Her attentiveness is unmatched. I’d be hesitant to recommend any wait staff but I’m confident in Audri’s ability to ‘read the room’ and deliver excellence to any patron. But don’t go getting on her nerves .
