This was my first time trying Jet’s Pizza, and unfortunately it was a bad introduction. The pizza itself was underwhelming and not worth the economic development coupon I used on it. What really ruined the experience, though, was finding something elastic in my slice near the end. It was stringy and rubbery, possibly a pepperoni casing or an elastic band, but either way, it absolutely shouldn’t have been in my food.
That completely killed my appetite. Between the quality and the fact that I wasted a coupon on this order, it was a disappointing experience overall. I don’t see myself ordering again.

They are beyond amazing that’s all I can say!! During the “snowstorm 2026” they were suppose to close to 8pm, took my order at 7:50pm and had the pizza ready when I picked up. Also added an extra pizza on my way there and they added it to the order. Besides their food, their customer service is very impressive. Obviously I gave the extra tip, they totally deserve it!! Always such good pizza.. Thankful for such businesses!!

Word of warning: They are setup as a mostly carryout restaurant. The seating area is crazy small with only about 6-8 seats in the whole place. Good if you are alone grabbing a slice for lunch, but don’t plan to dine in with a family.

The ingredients were super fresh, and the sweet pineapple paired perfectly with the savory toppings and crispy crust. It was light, flavorful, and so satisfying — perfect for a summer day.

Paid $91 for 3 deep dish. Large specialty pizzas, one of which was a ultimate pepperoni, was way overcooked and once I asked the employees about it, they said it would all come out the same way. Even though the pepper on you was singed. The second one was a veggie Pizza and the crust was doughy and awful. We used to come here to this location a lot. But having visited in the past couple of months until now, and we will absolutely never go back. The people working there are extremely rude maybe because they’re just kids , but very unprofessional and unskilled to do something as simple as making a decent pizza

Delicious pizza. I don’t even like deep dish and theirs is so good it’s all I’ll order. Crispy buttery crust and plenty of fresh toppings. Their salads are also top notch. Seriously, best to go salad I’ve ever had. – and that includes ordering at fancy sit down establishments. I was shocked how fresh they are.
