We had a party of 10 . They knew 2 hrs ahead of time that we were coming. Was told 45 minutes… Like an hr and a half later we get seated. Ok Friday night I get it. Our server was awful, ordered a salad before my meal… It came out like 2 minutes before my meal. She was awful at refilling our drinks. And then when she brought back our change she kept 3.30$ . Not a lot I know but why did you keep my money?? Needless to say she screwed her self out of a larger tip. We definitely won’t be going back to this location for a while.

Although it may seem the “main” thing a s maybe the “only” thing required to give a steakhouse a good review- the ONLY thing good I can say about this place is that my steak was cooked to the correct temperature. Everything else about my order was wrong. The food runners were argumentative, insisting that we ordered things we didn’t. A waiter dropped an entire salad on a guy in the next booth. Runners were delivering food to wrong tables. The hostess called us in that our table was ready, then made us stand there for about ten minutes and finally sat us at a table that hadn’t been completely cleaned. I would have preferred to be kept waiting until a proper table was ready.

I keep going back here even though they can’t get it together. I like the manager and the fact that they get the broccoli right which is rare these days. They tend to be consistent with the steak from what I’m told although I don’t eat it. Just to give you an honest review, I would tell you that the service is spotty at best and you’re most likely going to be waiting a long time if you get there after 5:30. Use the app and get your place in line before you get there.

Always perfectly grilled outlaw ribeye!! They carefully prepared my to go order and checked prior to departure that my bag included sufficient utensils and extra requested items. The staff was very friendly as well when picking up my to go order.

Traveling back to FL we stopped here to eat. We were worried with how packed the place was that we would have a bad service. But it was the total opposite! All the staff was amazing and good came out on time and delicious! I don’t know how they kept up with what seemed like hundreds of guests. Great place to stop for a delicious steak!

The environment was very relaxing and casual, and not packed. Staff was very cheerful and attentive to if we needed anything and was careful with navigating around a sleeping infant. However, they did not cook any of the four steaks to what we ordered. Medium-rare x2, medium, and someone ordered well-done (not touching that issue, ha…) but what was given was not close on any of those. On top of that, the ribs were overcooked and chewed like leather. However, we still ate the food anyway.

Splurged and got the t- bone. Wasn’t bad, but not especially tender. Incredibly SALTY. You get a steak… not inexpensive, and one side. So you get a potato OR a salad. Not both. You have to pay extra to get both. Not that I wouldn’t go back, but I would probably choose Texas Roadhouse first.
