I ordered a ribeye with a loaded baked potato. They didn’t give me the toppings for my loaded baked potato. My steak was supposed to be medium well it was well done and dry. I disappointed because it’s 25 minutes one way for it, not to be cooked properly.

I’ve had better experiences at this restaurant. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The service was very slow—the drinks arrived almost 30 minutes after ordering. The food was overly soaked in butter. When I asked for extra bourbon sauce, I was instead given spices soaked in oil. Firecracker GRILL Chicken wrap was DEEP FRIED. They were out of Caesar salad and sweet potato.

It was my first time in Longhorn, ever. Unfortunately, it was a mediocre experience. I was greeted by the young gentleman who did not care at all about a customer in front of him. He asked me to wait for 20 min, which was not a problem. In about 20 min I was called to a table. The lady name Sequoia has approached me for a drink order. She was only one good thing in this restaurant. She smiled, was very joyful, attentive throughout the evening. I ordered, a House steak with sides. Salad was very good with plenty of dressing. Steak on the other hand was average. Restaurant is not clean. Bathroom was dirty, and moreover cabine in the toilet did not have a door!!!! I would not recommend this place.

This was my first time at LongHorn and also my first time trying a steak. Even though the place was half empty, it still took about 10 minutes to get seated since they seemed a little understaffed, which I get.
Once we sat down though, the food made up for it. The Spicy Chicken Bites were a great start, the Outlaw Ribeye was cooked perfectly, and the Chocolate Stampede stole the show—it’s huge, super rich, and easily big enough for four people. Definitely my favorite part of the meal.
Service was on the slower side, but our server Emma was fantastic. She was patient, and never made us feel rushed, even though we ended up staying almost three hours.
Overall, the food was delicious and the staff made it a really enjoyable first experience. I’d definitely come back.

The food was absolutely outstanding. My steak was cooked exactly how I asked—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The sides were fresh and seasoned perfectly, and you can really taste the quality in every bite. Everything came out hot and timely, which made the experience even better.
If you’re looking for great service, a relaxed environment, and delicious food that never disappoints, LongHorn Steakhouse is definitely the place to go. I’ll definitely be back again soon!

I went here with Mom and Aunt over Labor Day weekend around 5pm and loved it. There was a short wait but wasn’t bad at all. Nia was our server and she absolutely rocked, and unlike many other places I’ve dined, she actually acted happy we were there and appreciated our patronage. She was sweet and fast and perfect. The food was so good, we all loved our meals. And afterward I needed a roll of quarters for my hotel laundry, and although she was busy and could’ve just blown me off with a “no”, the bartender there left her station and quickly retrieved the manager for me from back office. Please know Miss, if you see this, I really appreciated that. And then the manager himself came out, smiling and joking, and handed me the quarters with a big dose of personality. Please know Sir, I thought you were great too. I’ve almost quit going out because I’m so sick of being treated like a douche or a criminal, and this Long Horn and its staff were such a breath of fresh air, especially having my elderly family there too. I give them 5 stars cause I can’t do 6 and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and thank you Long Horn Pooler Outlet!! 🙂

Mr. Dan the Manager and Mr. Shabazz gave me Great Customer service. I was over charged and Mr. Dan sent me a Gift Card. That’s what Great Customer service is all about! Mr. Shabazz went and made my order so I wouldn’t wait, Also, he expedited my God mother’s order. The food was Amazing! The Salmon, Ceaser salad and sweet potato was amazing! Keep up the great work. First and foremost, After being seated by the kitchen we witnessed every server,busser, manager and anyone else employed by Longhorn ‘s walk right by the napkins, straw wrappers and food on the floor for about 20 minutes! Finally onw of the servers stopped and picked some of the stuff up off of the floor, we started to second guess our discussion to stop in for a meal because if the restaurant floor looks like this you start to wonder what it looks like in the kitchen! Secondly I specifically ask our server not to put our main course in with the appetizers because I didn’t want all out it brought out at the same time or too close together were we couldn’t enjoy our appetizers and conversation before out main came out and she told me , no she assuured me the it won’t be loq and behold about a quarter away through the appetizers qhat shows up the table but our main course brought out to the table by a different server asking qhere could she put these at because there was hardly any room left on the table as is! Not to mention that my steak was over cooked my steamed broccoli was luke warm, but the rice was flavorful!

Stopped in for lunch. The food was pretty good. Had the lunch burger with a side salad. Burger was decent. My wife had the 7 pepper sirloin salad and the shrimp and lobster chowder. Not a whole lot of steak on the salad. There was a strange odor in the entry and bar area. Almost like the bar mats needed cleaning. 3.5 stars
