This Longhorn has the BEST service of any location I’ve ever traveled to.
My husband and I stopped in on our way through Ga, headed back to FL. Decided to stop at Longhorn as we are never disappointed with the food. Well, this place had exceptional service as well !
He had the renegade with Brussels sprouts. I had the filet with asparagus and baked potato. Both steaks were cooked to perfection. Sides were delicious as well. We also had the new Parmesan fries for an app. Those were very tasty as well.
So, as far as Longhorn goes – stop here if you want a good meal with top notch service to go with it.

I ordered salmon, rice, asparagus strawberry shortcake, oven roasted wings and brussel sprouts and wheat bread. The salmon rice and asparagus and strawberry shortcake was delicious. My wings even though they had flavoring they was good they were just cook to hard and the brussel sprouts was chard more then I like they taste burnt so I would not order that again but everything else I will definitely get. I order all this Friday last week you will definitely see me again soon
Update I came back today I order the kids medium well steak with a little bit of pink and asparagus with pineapple juice. The food today was not good as the first time my steak was cold not cook to my liking the middle wasn’t cook enough but the flavor was good, my asparagus wasn’t done like the first and the pineapple juice was water down. All right longhorns hopefully you redeem yourselves please maybe a different cook was in the back today restaurant was pack I didn’t go in I did online order. I can’t wait to try one more time I know y’all can do this prayers up for everyone there maybe today was a bad it will get better.

We went to lunch for my husband’s birthday. My hamburger is missing a third of its patty. I brought it up to the server but nothing came on it. The customer service was good. The food tasted good.

A really great place to eat. The food is delicious and the menu offers quite a bit to choose from. We went for a birthday person and the staff gathered to sing happy birthday and also gave the birthday person a sweet treat. The seating is a bit tight though but the ambiance is still good.

After an extended wait for a table, we decided to be seated at the bar and enjoy dinner. The bartender, Tyler, was exceptionally courteous and took our order. The food arrived and appeared to be of good quality. However, when I went to take a bite, I discovered a very sharp object underneath the mac and cheese that could have potentially caused injury. The manager did not come out to address the situation or offer an explanation or apology, which would have demonstrated good customer service. LongHorn Steakhouse should improve the training and responsiveness of its management team.

January 17 at 3:55 I walked into the Longhorn restaurant on Watson Boulevard in Warner Robins and put my name on the waiting list. The restaurant was extremely crowded and I was told I would have a 15 to 20 minute wait for my table. I needed a table for two. At 4:11 I was called to the hostess station and waited a moment or two to be seated. The waitress arrived at 4:20 and I placed my drink and food order right away, fearful that if I only placed my drink order it would be a long wait til I was able to place my food order because it was so incredibly busy. Tori(not sure if this is how to spell her name or not) our waitress had just came on duty and we were one of her tables. I was placing an order for my husband and myself. When I ordered my husband‘s steak order and gave her the way to cook it, she described what I had asked for, medium well. Tori told me what that meant, and I realized that I meant medium rare. Tori saved the day! During the next 18 minutes our drinks, bread, side salad and our steaks arrived cooked and seasoned perfectly. Everything was so good.
All the waiters looked well dressed and happy to be at work. Great job to the wait staff and the Manager Angie Cook! Another great dining experience!

Arrived immediately got seated, server came over took drink order ,brought bread & drinks took food order.Everything was going well till we noticed tables that had come in after us had received their salad .we waited still no salad . Called manager over notified him of problem. Server came over didn’t even know what we ordered . Was informed she threw or order away . Proceeded to retake order . At this point we were so disgusted told her to just forget it & left. We have been to this Longhorn several times with no problems . Will probably never come back

I ordered takeout and when I arrived home, the sweet potato was rock hard and the broccoli was not cooked. They also forgot to put bread in the bag. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. Chris, the manager on duty, response was “okay I will make sure the other sweet potatoes and broccoli are cooked.” I was more upset about his response than the fact that my order wasn’t cooked properly. Sadly I will not be going back to this establishment after my experience and do frequent this particular restaurant.

Weekday visit around 8pm.. Got seated immediately but the place was packed. The steak was cooked correctly to order, but you can tell it’s not the highest premium cut meat as it was tender but not tender like butter. The broccoli was very big in portion size and was cooked or steamed very well… It had a slight seasoning flavor on it. The tap water was absolutely disgusting. It was like drinking Clorox or swimming pool water. I think they need to filter this and whatever toxins or poisons the city adds to the water, out of their

Very bad experience, waited 20min at the bar just to be acknowledged. All wanted was to place a to go order and get a drink. The bartender Loretta lied and said she could take my order I would need to “get up and go order it at the pick up area” and come back to the bar to get a drink”. After waiting another 10min I w my and spoke to the manager who told me the bartender can take my order at the bar Togo. She went over to the bartender and coached her. After putting the order in I also asked to cash out I was then told by Loretta she couldn’t cash me out until the food was ready. I waited another 10min hr for a burger!! Terrible service from this location!! I was lied to multiple times by Loretta who should not be working the bar.
