Did takeout. No other way to say this, The food sucks. We’ve eating several times over 8 years and it always disappoints.
I was missing a pork chop from my Cowboy Pork Chops. Huh? How do you manage that? WAAYYY too salty, I realize most restaurants use salt and fat’s to boost flavor and make thing more appetizing, NOT this place. I felt like a horse licking a salt lick with every bite.
The Shrimp and Lobster chowder and bread were good. The Parm Crusted fries were literally inedible, way too salty.
For $90 bucks this place should do better.

We enjoyed everything, from the bread and butter, to the side salad with our main course and the $3 miller, I mean can’t get much better than that. This was our first time trying this location as we were unaware there was one located across from the theater but it’s nice to know this is here!

It is sad to see this location in shambles. I’ve had an open case with corporate for several months now with the only outcome being canned responses without any meaningful corrective action. I just saw another response about a manager in the kitchen with a child. The photos attached here, confirm the other guests statement. I know that these of them provided to corporate and nothing has been done about it. The amount of Health code violations in these pictures along with the safety of the child show extremely poor judgment of management. The audacity of knowing that it was clearly visible to guests shows complete disrespect. This location will not survive with that management team in place. It also makes me question Darden as a whole as they have been well informed of this issue and ad ample time to correct it.

This was our first visit to the Bethehem, Georgia Longhorns, but we’ve been going to Longhorns for over 20 years. The restaurant was very clean and not too crowded,as we came early to beat the crowd. We did not have to wait at all to get seated, which was a nice surprise. Had we come later, there may have been a wait. Our server, Kahlan D. was just wonderful. She was friendly, and she did her best to help us. She is an asset to your company for sure. My wife and I just thought the world of her positive and caring nature, and she really liked working at Longhorns. Our food came in proper order; bread, wild west shrimp, salads, and steaks were excellent! We did not have to wait long for food and our server Kahlan was quick to refill our drinks. We never once had to wait; she did great! Then, the manager came , his name was Nathan B. What a nice gentleman. He was such a great and personal guy, and he made sure we had a wonderful dining experience. We definately will recommend Longhorns to our friends and family.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience here on the Sunday after Valentine’s Day was so disturbing I felt I had to share.
The Cleanliness: Upon entering, the floors were dangerously greasy—like a “slip and slide.” Once seated, it became a parade of dirty dishes. The bread plates, the silverware, and even the salad bowl handed to me were covered in grime. When I pointed this out, the server blamed a “shift change” and unchanged dishwater. To make matters worse, I found food particles floating in my sweet tea.
The Service “Trick”: We were ready to leave after the third dirty dish, but a manager begged us to stay. They explicitly promised that our meal would be “on the house” if we gave them another chance. Because of the hygiene issues, I didn’t even feel comfortable eating there and took my food to go.
The Final Insult: When the bill arrived, nothing was comped except a dessert. When we questioned the server, he actually laughed and told us “someone must have played a trick on us” regarding the free meal. When we asked for the manager who made the promise, we were told they were “unavailable” due to being short-staffed.
This wasn’t a “trick” by a stranger; this was a calculated lie by management to prevent us from walking out. Corporate has been unresponsive. Between the food safety risks and the blatant dishonesty, I will never return to this location. Eat here at your own risk.

”Update: Corporate contacted me and admitted they had ‘issues with the dish station’ and ‘debris’ in the drinks. However, they are now claiming that the person who promised us a free meal was an ‘unknown stranger’ and not a manager. They are essentially calling me a liar to avoid honoring the word of their staff. Avoid this place—they admit to being dirty and they won’t stand by their word.”

My first pickup was amazing the food was great and service was phenomenal. My only issue was the French onion soup which was very old and extremely soggy from the topping already being on it. When I returned to have it fixed, despite calling ahead, I had to wait a very long time. My soup was not previously prepared, and the topping wasn’t heated at all. The young male manager who finally brought it out pretended to be ignorant as if there wasn’t a way to heat the topping. Interestingly enough, I often order parm crust on the side and it’s melted with no issue. I’m giving 4 stars for the terrible service from management and the unappetizing way the to go French onion soup was served. The server I had the previous night was awesome and the food (except the soup) was prepared and packaged perfectly!

I had one of the worse customer service experiences at Longhorns on 420 Exchange Blvd Bethlehem Ga this evening on 1/20/2026. I frequently eat there but this will be my last time at this location. Me and my wife sat at the bar and there were only 2 people sitting there. We got our water and tea and it took almost 15 minutes for the bartender Alyssa to even ask us for our order. She didnt even ask us if we wanted bread and my wife had to ask for bread. , mind you she was talking to the other 2 guys at the bar for 20 minutes before she finally comes and takes our order. After we got our food our bartender did not once for about 45 minutes ask us if we need any refills, or if we needed anything. Mind you I had to send my steak back that was supposed to be medium but came out super well done. They made another steak and even after they brought my new steak out she never asked us if we needed anything. After I finished my steak an hour later she asked if I wanted a refill on my tea but didnt ask my wife if she wanted a refill but the entire time she was asking those guys if they wanted refills and another round. I am big on customer service and I tip very well for customer service in which I did not tip due to the lack of customer service at the bar. I will go give my business to a different Longhorns in the future and hope to get better service there.

Ribeye steak medium rare was amazing. It was nice and juicy. However could use a little salt. Which is why I put the sea salt they have on it. Service was great, and the timeframe for food to come was within 4 minutes. It was very neat there and organized. The bathrooms were also clean, neat, and did not smell bad.
