I came to this establishment and Cheyenne c attended us with the most positive attitude.
Her service was very friendly and quick! She made sure we were all good and we didn’t feel rushed or if we were bothering the team.
They even took a pic of us when our food came out.
Everyone’s atttitudes were top tier. The food amazing too!!! My most favorite was the bread with the spinach dip and the Caesar salad was pretty good but I got to try the TBone this time around and I was very happy with my decisions.
The mango lemonade was top tier too!!
You can also never go wrong with the mashed potatoes too. I’d try another soup next time though, the French onion one was tasted but I think I’ll try the potato one next time!

My pork chops were so overcooked they looked like hockey pucks. Maybe they were trying for pork chop jerky? Another person in our group sent their steak back because it was way overdone, and got the fixed steak almost 30 min later after everyone else had finished. Did not get a single drink refill during the extremely slow service. I will give the fryer person credit though, the firecracker shrimp were tasty.
Honestly, the place smells like weed and despair. It was actually sad. No, “Longhorn”, I don’t want you to send me a 20% coupon and invite me back to try again, I would rather stick a fork in my eyeball than return to this location. You can do better.

Huge thanks to Jenna for the amazing service! This was my first time at this location, and definitely not my last. I treated myself to a solo dinner after work, and Jenna made sure I had everything I needed without ever feeling rushed. Her recommendations were on point and I enjoyed every bite. Pro tip: grab a Long Island if you’re thinking about pairing it with your meal, you won’t regret it! Even though I was dining alone, Jenna reminded me to slow down and enjoy the moment, which made the whole experience even better. Shoutout to Jackie too for getting me seated right away. Solid 10/10—highly recommend this location!

Order WELL DONE Wild West shrimp togo it came out 30 min late and it wasn’t even well done…worst of all it came out cold as ever!!! I took it back in to get it remade.. it came out 15 min later…. It ended up being the same plate they brought me the first time .. cold and not well done .

I truly appreciate trustworthy people, and I had to take a moment to recognize the amazing staff at Longhorn Steakhouse (store #5470). My daughter and I visited after her senior photo shoot with Cary this past Saturday. It was our second time at this location, and once again the food was hot, fresh, and delicious!
After we left, my daughter realized she had left her wallet behind. It was closing time, but she quickly called the restaurant. The manager kindly informed her that a host found the wallet and turned it in. I went back to pick it up, and everything including her money was still inside.
The young black male host who greeted us when we arrived was the one who found it. His honesty and integrity meant so much to us. The entire staff was super friendly, and this whole experience truly made my heart smile. It’s refreshing to know that honest people still exist in this world.
Because of this, I’ll gladly go out of my way to support and dine at this location again. Thank you, Store #5470 you all rock!

We came around opening and were seated pretty quick. I don’t know our servers name, but he was a young black man with a necklace and I think his name started with J on the receipt. He was a great server even asking if we want a to go cup. Serving is definitely a skill and whether or not he actually cared, it showed that he did. Very communicative and attentive to his tables. The steak and dessert were huge and definitely got our money’s worth. The chocolate cake was delicious. The only thing was I ordered a medium steak and it looked a bit red to me, but it was still tender and good.

Extremely upset! I gave my number to recieve a text when a table was ready. I recieved a text letting me know I was on the list. I start noticing people walking in being seated immediately, which I thought was weird. Being I had been waiting 25mins (was told the wait was 30mins) I go back up to ask how long, and the tell me my name wasnt on the list. I show the message, and now im told 10mins. I was told this by the manager, mind you. Why were people who came in behind me STILL being seated before me?! I go back up again and ask how long, she says its another 20min wait! Absolutely not! I let the last time I came slide. I waiting an hour for my food even though my other guest food already had come. But I couldnt let this one slide! Do better! After a long day at work, all I wanted was some longhorn. I may have to find a new location.

I’ve come here a few times and my service has always been good. Sometimes the food doesn’t always come out as expected, but that isn’t an issue regarding service. The ladies that have waited on me have all been pleasant especial Samira, who I had last night. The restaurant was fully packed and they were short staffed so it was a bit chaotic however she managed to still remain positive, patient, friendly, quick and attentive.. She delivered exceptional service. Whenever I come back, I hope I’m able to get her as a waitress again.

This rating is for today and the overall service. I’m not sure how this business trains or leads its employees. I ordered a medium-cooked steak online, but it was well done and only warm—not hot. The baked potato was hot, which I appreciated. However, the portion for the loaded toppings came in a tiny cup—very slack. Do better.
When I came in, no one greeted me. I saw three employees before I even received my food. This is supposed to be a place centered around customer service. Food comes out great when the right people are in place.
As Black people, we often go above and beyond in customer service when dealing with other races, but don’t show that same respect to each other. That’s not a good look. Some employees are just there for a paycheck, and you can’t trust those types to do right by the customer.
A business is represented by the people they hire. I didn’t have time to come back and have my order remade, so I left this review. Customers should receive what they paid for—not what an employee feels like handing out based on the attitude they’re carrying that day.
