By far one of my favorite spots, the food never disappoints. I love the strawberry long pour. Margarita, the atmosphere is always nice and most times I sit at the bar to watch the games and for me the service is impeccable and I’m always meeting friendly faces. Horrible experience!! Seating was horrible, and the floor was a mess. I asked the hostess if the floor could get vacuumed, that never happened. Secondly the seating OMG. We were seating at the booth close to the kitchen, so me and my guest could hear every conversation (from quitting to how much money they made for the evening). Thirdly, my glass was chipped horribly. I work in the food industry, a broken glass should NEVER be given to guest. Fourth, this location doesn’t polish their silverware. My steak knife and fork was a mess. After those chains of event I’ll NEVER DINE-IN ANOTHER LONGHORN AGAIN!! Ohh and it was my birthday

My family went to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday. The rib eye steaks were tough. Mine and my husband’s. The service was bad. Our party consisted of 9.Bread was served without bread knife. Camp Creek location is better when it comes to food and service. It was my son’s choice to go to Longhorns , just wont be going back there at that one.

Rating is due primarily to our waitress Erica, whose pleasant and attentive demeanor throughout made our experience enjoyable. In the present dining out environment we are willing to overlook certain items because we know the nature of the foodservice industry and how hard so many people are working within it nowadays. Nevertheless, attention was needed outside the front door, in the lobby, and at the hostess stand – where the trashcan was overflowing and needed emptying, and trash was strewn about. These items were promptly brought to the attention of the hostess as we entered. We did not wait long for our food, and enjoyed a decent meal overall.
