Really great experience! I came up from Atlanta for the day my Mom went off to a Galentines luncheon with her friends so my Dad and I had a Fatherstine lunch! No wait time at noon on a Wednesday but the place was popping. Georgia was our waitress (if you read this Georgia, my Dad thought he was being soo funny saying “you’ve been on my mind” so thank you for humoring him!) We both got the cheeseburger lunch special and it was there in no time. Beautiful burgers as big as your head, they paid attention to how you wanted it cooked which I’ve found a lot of restaurants are Laissez-faire about it and you kinda get what you get. Fries were good too. Georgia did an awesome job of taking care of us. I will say I know they just opened and that’s probably why but like 3 managers came to our table asking if we enjoyed our meal, my Dad said it was because big brother is watching ha! Would definitely recommend, my local Longhorns is on Cumberland and nowhere near as good as this was!

Our family loves Longhorns and is thrilled that we have one in Jasper. The only complaint is the super saltiness of the food. I love salt but even this is way too much. We’ve been twice and both times it was nearly inedible. Please have whomever is cooking the food to cut the salt by half at least.

We drove up from Marietta and was no all together pleased. The appetizers were excellent, but all 6 of the steak entrees were incorrect and heavily over-seasoned. The staff was very attentive and the waitress was very apologetic for our experience.

My family and I were able to participate in the family and friends soft launch. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful! We returned for a Valentines date night, and even though they were very busy, everything was great! Love having a LongHorn so close to home.

Ordered a pick up order. 10 minutes late getting out after check-in. No utensils when I checked I needed them when ordering. Had to go in an wait to get them. Ordered a chopped steak medium well. One side is burnt.

Very friendly staff although our waiter was still new and not knowledgeable about the menu. We felt rushed as she was offering a box for our appetizer before we had even gotten our entree. She didn’t ask us if we wanted dessert and brought the check when we were still eating. We felt like they wanted to turn the table as quickly as possible so we went elsewhere for dessert.
The steak was cooked correctly but was extremely salty. Same with the parmesan crusted fries, super salty. We don’t have this problem at the Ellijay location.

I ordered a hamburger with fries and my wife order chopped steak with a sweet potato. My fries were so salty I couldn’t finish them. My wife said her chopped steak was also very salty. We had a very nice server but he talked so fast I couldn’t understand most of what he was saying. All the staff was very courteous and attentive. Atmosphere – nothing special. As with most restaurants the music was very loud making conversation difficult.
