Fast service when we walked in. Waitress was very polite, however we asked for a medium well steak and had to send it back 3 times, even on the 3rd time we just made do because we were so hungry. I ended up bringing it home to finish cooking it to our liking. Instead of a loaded baked potato I received loaded mashed potatoes. It’s fine but just letting someone in upper management know the caliber to which the restaurant is run! Parking is a little bit tight, but, it’s just the location.

I recently visited LongHorn Steakhouse and the food did not disappoint — everything was cooked well, flavorful, and served hot. The steaks were tender and seasoned perfectly, and the sides were fresh and tasty.
The only downside was the service. While the staff was friendly, there just didn’t seem to be enough waiters and waitresses to keep up with the crowd. It took a bit longer than expected to get refills and check-ins.
Overall, I’d still recommend LongHorn for the food and atmosphere — just be prepared for a slightly slower pace if they’re short-staffed that day.

We arrived on a Friday evening, and as to be expected, there was a wait. The positive was that the bathroom was clean given the in and out traffic. Once seated, we received two sets of children’s silverware, which meant that when the bread arrived, we couldn’t cut it. Our server took a long time to return, so we asked another server for a knife. We had to ask multiple times for lemons, because we requested them when we initially ordered drinks. Twice our server stated she “forgot”. When our food arrived, our steaks were DRY despite asking for medium well. Our server took over 10 minutes to return to the table, and by that time we’d already asked someone else for steak sauce. Thereafter, it took 16 minutes for her to return just to check on how the food was The grilled chicken for our toddler was overcooked, and he was given fries when we ordered broccoli. The food, unfortunately, wasn’t that great.
This is our first and last experience at Longhorn. My strongest recommendation is to train the servers on table management. This is coming from someone who used to work at one of the busiest chain restaurants in Metro Columbia. I’m sure the food and service was amazing for someone else, but it just wasn’t for us.

Got seated at 6:15 pm ordered our food which included 2 New York strips, for my husband and I both steaks were ordered “WELL DONE NO PINK”. We waited 50 minutes for our food. It finally comes and the steaks are RED and PINK inside! I asked the man who brought them to the table was he the manger he said yes. We told him our steaks were supposed to be well done. He took them back we waited another 20 minutes the steaks still were RED and PINK when returned!! Also I asked the manager for clean silverware because we cut the steak and blood was on the ones we had. He brings some more out, I unwrapped mines and they were wet and DIRTY !!! At that point we were fed up and told the manger which was a different one that we were leaving. My husband offered to pay for our drinks the manger said don’t worry about it. We left and will NEVER GO BACK ! Worst service we’ve ever seen simply to cook a steak WELL DONE ! I wish I could post the videos of our steaks.

My husband and I came here for a nice evening out. We were served drinks with no straws, then the bread came out with no utensils. 1 hour later our food came out in portions, at this point Im totally turned off, I asked for take out boxes, she brought us two of their smallest containers saying and ” I got your check right here for you” thank you for your service I guess.

My friend decided to take me here since it was my first time ever and I must say it was amazing! Especially going in an hr before they closed! We thought we would get the “bottom of the barrel” type of food, but everything was hot and fresh still!
Our server Madison was so sweet and very observant with us and I appreciate her so much for that! When you come to this location, ask for her! She made it very welcoming!

Showed up at 9:15pm (they close at 10) and the bartender treated me like it was 2 in the afternoon… didn’t make me feel rushed or like she was ready to shut it down…. GREAT SERVICE and the food was damn good! Longhorn doesn’t miss on the ribeye!
