Reviews
I ordered a medium T-bone with a Caesar salad and a loaded baked potato. Everything came out promptly, and I started eating the steak. After just a few bites, I noticed it was extremely undercooked — not just pink in the center, but completely red and barely seared on the inside. I even took a moment to double-check what a “medium” steak should look like to make sure my expectations were reasonable. This was nowhere near medium.
I’m not someone who likes to complain about food, but I simply couldn’t continue eating it. I called the waiter over, and the chef came to the table and said he would put it back on the grill. When it was brought back out, I cut into it again — and it looked virtually the same. The outer edge of the first slice appeared cooked, but the inside was still bright red and underdone.
The general manager then came to the table and, instead of acknowledging that it was not cooked to the requested temperature, stated that it was “a perfectly medium rare steak” — even though I had ordered medium. They offered a discount and complimentary dessert, but that didn’t really address the issue.
To make matters worse, later that evening I became sick with what appeared to be food poisoning. At that point, the discount didn’t matter. The experience itself is what stayed with me.
I’ve attached a photo of the steak after it was supposedly “put back on the grill.” You can only imagine what it looked like before it was sent back.
I’m sharing this review simply so others can make informed decisions. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and the condition of the food made this a very unpleasant experience.
I told my daughter this place was to good corporate had to be in the building.
The manager Kim came out and let me say she is absolutely EVERYTHING. And in that moment it all made sense. When leadership is great everything else just flows. Kim is a breathe of fresh air. She glows inside out. We will definitely be back.
