Dined at Longhorn steakhouse decided to get their chopped steak which came out completely raw. The manager was quick on greeting me and my table, but tried to gaslight me into not knowing what I was talking about by trying to mansplain cooking temperatures for steak and making it seem like I don’t know what temperature steak to order or what is was supposed to look like. I think I apologize more to the manager than the manager apologized to me, regardless of any temperature that I ordered there is no reason a steak should’ve came out completely raw and then lacking accountability for the fact that it was raw. Only experience I’ve had like this at this longhorn, still disappointed they tried to make it seem like a lesser issue than what it actually was and didn’t do much to rectify the situation.

**To-go order experience: It pains me to write this as I frequent Longhorn with the family quite frequently. Last night, however, I was extremely disappointed with the food quality. The portions were extremely smaller than normal, was not seasoned well and not cooked consistent with past experiences. The to-go service/employees were great.

$50 in steaks ordered medium (two people) came out well-done on some plates with cold fries on other plates. I showed the server and he offered to remake it but we had already waited a long time (for the food) and were in a hurry so I said no. No price reduction, no manager came to my table to ask about it. The time before this I had the same issue but the manager said I should’ve said something at the start instead of the end, which I did this time. Definitely avoid this location if you want one of Longhorn’s signature steaks. Go to Cartersville instead.

Food was good. My steak was more on rare side than medium rare. They had to cook it just a bit more. My companion’s steaks were a bit overcooked. Over all I was satisfied with flavor. I do have one suggestion. Restaurant needs to be cleaned all around their decor and lamps. There was a layer of dust and oil buildup on back side. I usually don’t sit that close to the wall but this time I had my 26 month old on that side getting into things so I had good look lol. I wild be back again. Overall good experience.

My daughter’s filet was cooked a flawless medium-rare—tender, exquisite! She’s a mini food critic with high standards. Hubs devoured his juicy, well-seasoned salmon and the 12 oz portion was NICE. The wait staff was completely on point.This is exactly what we expect when we splurge on a rare night out—truly nearly perfect.

This location is always packed for a reason. We went early on a Saturday to avoid the dinner crowd before 5 and got a table in 10 mins. Good food, friendly staff and overall good service. Reasonably priced for the quality which was also awesome. I don’t eat red meat much but had to indulge here.
For appetizers we had the spicy chicken bites and crispy breaded shrimp which were delicious. For entrees we had the filet, sirloin with grilled shrimp and the sides were Mac and cheese, roasted brussels, asparagus, broccoli, and fries were mid. The steak was tender yet cooked perfectly as I asked (well done) without being chewy either.
I would definitely come back and try their other menu items.

Came to eat with my coworker after a long job he said he has never been to a longhorn. The hostess and waitress or phenomenal food came out nice and hot. Everything was perfect. Good job.

Our server was nice, but that was about it. For the price here (which have become astronomical) you’d expect a little bit better. My burger tasted like it came straight out of the freezer, the bun was stale, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The steak was tough and burnt. Everything felt so rushed and poor quality. Definitely save your money and go somewhere else. These chain restaurants just aren’t worth it anymore.

DELICIOUS food!!! We stopped here on the way home from Nashville and were not disappointed! The steak was cooked perfectly and the cheesy stuffed mushrooms were to die for!!! The taquitos appetizer were the perfect amount for a late dinner.
