This is my favorite place to go out to eat. Their steaks are always perfectly amazing. This is definitely somewhere I would go everyday if I could. The service is always amazing and the food is always cooked to perfection. 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend this to smaller groups of people and even larger groups of people. They are very accommodating and helpful whenever you need help. I will always go here for special occasions.

Leigh (or Lee), the manager, was extremely unprofessional when I called to provide feedback about my to-go order. Before I could even speak with her, I was given the runaround by staff for several minutes, which was already frustrating. When I was finally transferred to the manager, she initially sounded somewhat polite, but the tone of the conversation quickly shifted.
As soon as I tried to explain the issue, her attitude became noticeably rude and condescending. She began speaking to me in a dismissive manner and repeatedly told me there was nothing that could be done. At one point she said she didn’t know what I wasn’t understanding. Instead of listening or attempting to resolve the issue, she spoke over me and made it clear she had no interest in helping.
The conversation went from civil to completely unprofessional very quickly. Her change in attitude and the way she spoke to me felt disrespectful and unacceptable for someone in a management position. It was clear my concern was not taken seriously, and the interaction left me feeling dismissed as a customer.

We were very upset with our dinner last night. I got chopped steak which was a frozen hamburger patty, not handmade. I got mac&cheese and it was box Mac and cheese that I fed my kids when they were young! This is a steak house!! We were very upset. I talked to the manager and she didn’t do anything to satisfy or to make it better. I don’t recommend this restaurant for anyone, unless you want terrible food for an outrageous price. My bill was over $40. If I don’t here back from the management, I will be calling Corporate.

I really enjoyed my meal, the wait time was only 5 mins which turned into 10 but we didn’t mind. The Food came out very fast and was also hot, I loved that. The waiter was very nice he just forgot one of our items but brought it out so fast we didn’t even notice. I enjoyed my meal and would visit again.

We were on hold for 40 minutes to place a to go order. When the lady finally answered the phone she was snobby and rude. We get to the restaurant they try to give me a ten dollar comp card when I spend at least 75 a visit. This is the worst longhorn experience I’ve ever had. If i could give zero stars I would.

I went to this restaurant with my family of 8 and we all ordered. About 15 minutes later our food came out and everyone enjoyed their food. I ordered soup for 5 dollars and it was delicious. Very clean place and great food!
