When me and my group entered, we smelled a weird a stench but once seated, it went away. Unfortunately, the bathroom also smelled. After a while we got appetizers, most of them were spicy but overall quite good. The bread that came with the meal was excellent. (Especially the butter) After a while the food came and again, it was spicy. (We never ordered anything spicy) On a side note- the drinks were excellent. The strawberry lemonade was great and the sweet tea was freshly brewed and tasted of tea leaves rather than sweetened water. The atmosphere of the place was great for any event you might have. The burger was delicious and I recommend ordering it with bacon for a fresh apple smoked flavor. The server was great and very attentive, I got 5 refills of strawberry lemonade and she noticed each time I ran out. Very helpful

I went Tuesday evening and I had a blast. 8 ordered the outlaw ribeye steak medium with broccoli, and loaded sweet potato. I had a sweet peach tea which was kinda of delicious I might add.
My opponent had a parmesan crusted outlaw ribeye steak, loaded potatoes, broccoli and a salad without cucumbers. They also had a sweet peach tea.
The bread was on point that night as well because we ordered two to have with our meal. There was nothing to complain about the was fun and great laughter. I’ll be back soon.

The place was filthy I got some of the most dirtiest silverware I’ve ever been handed by a restaurant. I TRIED SPEAKING WITH THE MANAGER. Bald guy a COMPLETELY IGNORED ME SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS, AND WALK AWAY INSTEAD OF TRYING TO ACCOMMODATE ME FOR THE PROBLEM. The waitress was nice nasty aswell and could have been less sarcastic and more accommodating. I will never come back to this restaurant ever again and I wouldn’t advise you either. They don’t even have any lamb chops because the manager didn’t order properly for the event food was ok but the service and the dirty literally walking over spilt plates and it sat there for as long as I ate here ♀️atmosphere was a NO GO

Went to Longhorn Steakhouse for lunch. Seated very quickly. My daughter ordered a sprite. Their CO² is out of order. She ordered a pink lemonade. That tasted like plain water. Ordered a regular lemonade. It was ok.
We placed our lunch order. I ordered a medium well steakburger, seafood chowder and a side of fries.
The hamburger came out and pieces of the meat was still raw. Spoke to the unapologetic, could care less manager. He tells me medium well meat always had this much pink. I disagreed with him and the look he gave me was truly a belittling look. I asked for a new burger. This one came out a little better. I told him my ranch has a discoloration to it. His response was, you have honey mustard as well. I was done at this point. The bill came and The waitress try to charge me almost $10 more than what it was suppose to be. I forgot to take a picture of it. I asked her about it and all I got was-“I’ll fix it”. No apology-nothing. The only positive I have is the food portions was pretty good for the lunch menu. Do better Longhorn.

Ambience is not the best….Filthy and carpet change i a must, but seriously needs a deep clean. Waitress did her thing, but didn’t get any bread the whole time. Didn’t think about it til I warmed up left overs. My family member mentioned it, by the time she did, I was ready to just go.

This was only my third time ever ordering from LongHorn Steakhouse on Decker Boulevard, and I opted for curbside pickup.
When I arrived, I went inside briefly to use the restroom—and I truly wish I could show you how filthy and neglected it was. I have photos that prove just how unsanitary the bathroom conditions were. It was honestly unacceptable.
Because of that experience, I will never return to this location. From now on, I’ll stick with the Vista location, where I’ve had much better experiences.
As for the service, I gave it a 3-star rating only because I used curbside pickup. If I could give this Decker Boulevard location zero stars due to the state of the bathroom, I absolutely would.

My husband and I visited this location on 2/28/06. Service and atmosphere were great. I ordered the 6 oz sirloin and my husband ordered another steak. I always want a well done steak and this was one of the best steaks. It was not bloody but it was tender and moist. Thank you Teresa! You are a Master Chef in steak preparing! This will be a repeat visit. Very impressed.

We received the absolute BEST customer service at this location. Terence(I may have his name misspelled) went over and beyond our expectations. He remembered our order precisely and that could not have been easy being that we had some picky eaters with us. He was very knowledgeable of the menu items when I asked what were the ingredients in the spinach dip and he was able to tell me right away. Terence kept our beverages coming and it was much needed on this hot day. We will definitely return to this location.
