We had an amazing server today, April. She was very attentive and made sure we had all we needed.
Her manager Chase walks around making sure that all customers are happy and have everything they need.
Establishments need more people like this to make sure everyone from customers to work staff is taken care of.

Seated immediately. My drink order and food order were taken within just a few minutes.
Music playing at a good volume in the background. Ceramic plates, real silverware, paper napkins.
Inside was clean and well lit.
Ordered the t bone with eggs, no pancakes, bacon, and sausage. Pretty carnivore.
My waitress was efficient, and was busy waiting on the several lunch time customers .
She didn’t have a name badge so not able to give her kudos
Food was very good!
I would eat here again.

This IHOP was a quick stop for us, but it ended up being one of the better IHOP locations I’ve visited. The restaurant was clean, organized, and welcoming. Even though it was pretty packed (which says a lot about the locals choosing this spot), we were seated quickly by the manager.
What really stood out was the level of service. We were checked on multiple times—not just by our server, but by the manager as well. Our drinks were always full, we never lacked anything during the meal, and we made a few light substitutions with zero issues. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered.
I have to give a huge shout-out to our server, Alexys. She was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly kind and patient with my kids, encouraged them to speak up for themselves, and made sure they had everything they needed. Her attitude, attentiveness, and warmth truly elevated our entire breakfast experience.
If you’re stopping by this location, ask for Alexys—she’s wonderful and made our visit a great one

Experience was phenomenal. Loved going to IHOP. From the moment I walked in till I left the staff was friendly and kind. Went around 7 for breakfast enjoyed the wide variety on the menu and was given a good recommendation for my meal by the staff. Enjoyed the pancakes and will definitely be visiting again soon. Thank you IHOP for a wonderful job.

First time eating at this iHop and our server Lisa was great! The only con I have is that it didn’t really look busy, yet we waited about 45 minutes for our food to come out and when it did, our hash browns were close to burnt and I had missing items on my plate as well as a hair. We only stayed for our server because she was so nice!

Jake is not a server—he is a force of nature. Tables don’t get waited on when Jake is around, they get curated experiences. Drinks stayed full. Food arrived hot and perfect. Needs were anticipated before they were spoken. I genuinely believe this man operates on a higher frequency.
And listen. We’re all thinking it. Jake is ridiculously handsome. The muscles? Astronomical. This is the build of someone who can bench press 315 pounds, wipe down a counter, run food to another table, and still ask how your day is going—with eye contact. Unreal behavior.
What really seals it is the professionalism. Friendly without hovering. Efficient without rushing. Confident without ego. The kind of service that makes you sit back and go, “Yeah… this guy should be running the place.”
IHOP, do with this information what you will—but Jake is management material and the people deserve more of him. If you get Jake as your server, congratulations. You just unlocked the secret menu of life.

What happened to IHOP in Corpus Christi?! My kids and I went there tonight and the hostess sat us in a very hot area with no AC but that’s ok. She took our drink order and my daughter ordered a cold brew with vanilla and she served her what looked like water and cream. Then we get all ready to order and waited forever for our server. She finally took our orders and then we waited almost an hour to get served cold food. It was so gross. None of us even ate it. Manager was very nice but over all was just a disappointment. I spent over 80 dollars on food we were too grossed out to eat.

We were seated quickly and our server (Jen if I remember correctly) was friendly and professional and quite helpful and attentive. Food was good, not 5 star Michelin level, but you don’t go to IHOP for the Michelin rating. All in all a good experience
