Just went to the new LongHorns Steakhouse. I got a bacon cheese burger, but it came with no bacon. I asked for it to be cooked med well.
It was so pink from the center of the Burger to the outside edge. But the worst part of the whole experience was the manager. I asked him if this burger looked med well done to you. And he said yes, he doesn’t know how meat should look cooked apparently. Id like to see if other know if this is cooked right or not. Besides the burger not being cook to my liking. Teresa’s salad came with feta cheese, and she spacficly asked for no feta cheese. So far they have not impressed me with their food.
The service was very good, except for the answer I got from the manager. You tell me if this was cooked properly or not.

Dined in & can say this was an exceptional experience! Our server was Hannah, she made sure we were taken care of & was so nice & sweet, a true angel. I got the chicken parm w/ Mac & cheese & my bf got a burger with fries, both were amazing!! Highly recommend the chicken parm.

Yesterday was the 1st day opening and customer service was on point!! The lamb chops were cooked to perfection but I must say as a frequent Longhorn customer I was disappointed by my soup appetizer. There was no meat(shrimp & Lobster)in the chowder. As much as it cost it’s was disheartening to see the lack of protein.

We had an amazing experience tonight! Our waiter, Donte, was absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the service. Donte was very attentive and came by multiple times to make sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience even better. His service was so great that we tipped him $30! We will definitely be back.

Had the sirloin with shrimp added Parmesan crust, meal was beyond amazing. The steak was best I’ve tasted in a long time. Perfectly prepared. The bread was fresh, spinach dip appetizer was excellent with the pita. Highly recommend this place. The staff were all excellent. Can’t wait to return.

We had a party of 5 and our server was Hannah E. She had the best personality & was an awesome server. Our food was delicious although 1 steak was not cooked enough. That was not the servers fault. She continuously checked on us & kept our glasses filled. We found out at the end of our meal today was her 2nd day waitressing. We thought she was a pro. We will definitely go back & request Hannah if she’s working.

Server Michael provided top quality service this evening. Yes, this is a new location that just opened, I expect some things to happen here and there, had an almost hour wait which is expected with a newly opened location, but michael made sure we were all taken care of as soon as we sat down. The food and service was definitely worth the 45min wait, will definitely recommend and will be a repeat guest at this establishment!
