Ordered here today for the first time, I’m actually still at the table and just ate half a brisket slider. I dont think I’ve ever been this disappointed in a BBQ joint. Firstly who puts velveta on a brisket bbq slider?! Absolutely disgusting. The brisket itself has no real flavor especially through the cheese, spicy bbq sauce is also very weak. This place has potential, but they need a competent chef.

Bbq pulled macaroni is delicious! If there’s a wait, it’s worth it. Great balance of flavors and perfect al dente noodles.

I wanted the flavor of brisket. They didn’t have a brisket sandwich so they said the brisket sliders were the closest thing. Ordered that, horrible. It taste like they mixed refried beans into the brisket.

I’m a bbq fan. I do have a strong preference for NC style pulled pork with red vinegar sauce and have had very good southern bbq. This is not it. The Mac and cheese and beans were good, but the pulled pork was not. I would describe it as “wet meat.” The sauces were actually pretty good. I particularly enjoyed the spicy bbq sauce. If you want authentic, delicious pulled pork – go to Matt’s bbq. That’s the only place I’ve found that can really do the job in the Portland area.

I see all the negative comments on here and I’m confused. I come from an area in Indiana and Illinois where Kansas City competition style sweet and tangy bbq is the standard everyone strives for, and these folks hit the mark. The brisket is tender without being oily, the pulled pork is always good without being minced, dry meat. If you’re looking for North Carolina or Texas style, this isn’t it. But if you’re from the great plains or Midwest, this’ll be some of the best you’ll find since leaving home!

The pulled pork is nothing like you think, it’s better! First time trying it and I will definitely be back, the meat just melts in your mouth, and all the different flavor profiles in the tachos meld well together ❤️❤️❤️11/10

Ordered the 3 meat plate. Corn was mushy like it had been boiling and sitting in water all day. Brisket was bland. Ribs were dryer than a popcorn fart and looked like they were a week old. The sausage definitely was just heated up in the microwave. Seasoning is non existent. My wife ordered the Philly and it was also a bland and mushy not to mention The 2 lady’s working look miserable. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT EAT HERE.

This BBQ plate was straight-up soul-satisfying. The ribs were the star—tender, smoky, with a bark that packed flavor and a nice little crunch. They pulled apart with just the right amount of resistance. The chicken was juicy and well-seasoned, not dry at all, which is always a win when it comes to BBQ. The mac and cheese was creamy and comforting, and the corn added a touch of sweetness and balance to the whole meal.

Everything felt like it came from someone who really knows and cares about their craft. Definitely worth coming back for!
