So we came here tonight for my sisters birthday and im actually typing this as we’re leaving the restaurants parking lot… patty was the absolute BEST waiter we have ever had. Out of every restaurant I’ve been to as a matter of fact. Couldn’t have gotten a sweeter soul! So respectful, very attentive, came back frequently to refill our drinks and check on us. I honestly could not have been more impressed. On top of the tip I also asked if he wanted any cupcakes I had made and brought for my sisters birthday which I’m so glad he got to enjoy because it was very obvious how much of a hard worker he is! The food was great also. Hot and fresh. Most definitely was worth the wait for when we first got there despite the call ahead. I’m definitely asking for patty next time we come. Thank you SO much!❤️

Always a treat to eat at this Longhorn. This time around I got the ribeye.. Medium rare.. And it did not disappoint. Our server was nice, kept the tea topped off.. And all the wait staff seemed pleasant and helpful. Parking was pretty good as we arrived right after 5pm, there have been times where finding parking at this location wasn’t easy. All in all a great experience.. Very good steak!

My husband and I went for a date night and ended up leaving because no one would serve us. We were seated and sat for 15 minutes at least with no acknowledgement from any waitstaff. Finally a waitress who had walked by us twice before finally said she would return to get our drinks after a bit without even looking at us and not even stopping at the table. That was the last straw and we ended up leaving. Everyone around us had been waited on. I am pregnant and need to eat at regular intervals or I get sick. And being treated like we were invisible was not a great start to our first date night in 4 months. My husband went back in to complain and the waitress was talking with the hostess and laughing.

Asked for Cocktail sauce had none..no refill on drinks..asked for loaded Baked Potatoe got one teaspoon sour cream with a few chives..No sauce came for Chicken Tenders… Waitress was Ok once food came she never came back … had to tell another waiter we wanted our Bill. Why did I torture myself again! I have given this Longhorn on N Main St in High Point, their last chance after chance!! DO NOT ORDER from here!! After I had gotten home from work, I asked my husband to pick up my order from Longhorn.. He said baby, No, Really? I stated I know, but I love this place and of course my strawberry salad! OMGG!! Why call it a strawberry salad with two strawberries??? That’s exactly what I received. Not even 5 grapes. Bread, one pack of butter! Simple, right? Well the steak I ordered medium rare, I got a tough medium! The baked potato looks as if was sitting for hours.. brown, old and hard.. You be the judge as you look at my photos!! $30 gone and a tip! My husband looked at me and said, See, we could have gone to Osteria! But, It was convenient and I was drained from working today, didn’t really want to dress for Osteria’s ! But, I am Done Done Done!!

Dissatisfied. We went in to eat lunch at noon, not busy at all, and after 1 hr we tell them just to box it up as we had to get back to work. Another 15 goes by, and still nothing. We stood up to leave, as we never got our food. We stopped and offered to pay for the drinks, and the host went to the back. She came back out with our server, our food and the manager. They apologized and gave us a discount. It was a poor experience!
