My family has enjoyed dinner(service included) at Longhorn Steakhouse(at this particular location) on several occasions. However, they truly dropped the ball this evening. We ordered takeout online(our usual meals) for pickup. We parked in one of the designated “to-go” spots, and informed the kitchen of our arrival through text communication. A staff member gave us a call, stating that due to the weather(rain) they wouldn’t be coming outside to give us our order..we would need to come to the side door to pick up our food. We picked up our food and returned home. The quality of the food was horrendous. As you can see from the picture attachments…my Parmesan Crusted Chicken was full of nothing but dark meat, lukewarm, overcooked, burnt, salty, and grizzly. They truly tried to hide the true quality of the chicken underneath the breadcrumbs and cheese. The only acceptable food items were the sides(mashed potatoes and broccoli). I have never been so disappointed..in all the years that we have been coming to Longhorn Steakhouse. I am certain that we will NOT return to this location..anytime soon.

Every time I go to longhorn I have a good experience this one was no different met up with a friend for lunch and both enjoyed our food and drinks had the outlaw steak always a winner for me and the Brussels were excellent as well along with the loaded backed potato overall another great experience

After a rather painstaking and stressful last couple of weeks, I was looking for a place to dine and unwind. A large majority of the restaurants in the area were set to close in about 45 minutes. This place was open for almost 2 more hours. No brainer!

I really loved this place and would recommend again. It was my first time here and I waited about 20 minutes to get a table because of how busy it was. So I would say, call to reserve ahead of time if you don’t mind waiting.

We have been coming here for a while and the food is always very tasty and priced appropriately. Service is always consistently good. Highlights here are obviously the steaks, but the homemade chicken tenders and bacon Mac and Cheese are delicious. Desserts are also good here, in particular the lava cake and strawberry shortcake. Perfect location for dinner after a day at the mall down the street. Will definitely be back again.

Me and my fiance stopped in last night for date night. We haven’t been here in 3 years and I was so happy he chose it for our date night because the food was AMAZING !!!! So flavorful and great portions it was literally the best. On top of the food out server was named Rose she was so sweet and funny too. She was very attentive we didn’t have to ask for one thing because she was on top of it! Her personality just made this experience even better. Tip notch customer service means everything to me because I myself work in the service industry so I always like to recognize those who go above and beyond. This is hands down the absolute best date night experience we have had in years !!! Highly recommend the Parmesan Crusted Chicken and the Full Rack of Ribs. Flavors were unmatched.

I have to say. I really enjoyed dinner here at Longhorn Steakhouse. My steak was cooked perfectly..I also had that awesome grilled corn and brussels.. but what really stood out was the impeccable service that we had from the most delightful server..she was an absolute star. She brought refill drinks over right before we were gonna ask and she made great suggestions. She was such a delight and so charming. Longhorn was good and they are lucky to have such a good staff.

Longhorn is one of our favorite lunch or dinner places to eat. The food is delicious and always consistent no matter where in the country we have vacationed. Longhorn Steakhouse is a place where you will always get a great meal. The service is good and it is usually pretty busy. Wherever we go I look for a Longhorn. I gave it 4 stars for atmosphere only because it’s always busy and there’s usually a wait. But the wait is usually about 30 minutes. So I try to plan ahead, Always Great food.
