About a month ago, my wife and I visited this restaurant for our wedding anniversary. It was a special evening for us. The restaurant was not very busy, and many tables were available.
We were seated in the very back corner of the restaurant, right next to the restroom entrance. I later noticed that we were the only Asian customers there. Another Asian family was also seated, and both of our tables were placed directly next to the restroom entrance.
I tried not to overthink it at first, but it was hard not to notice that most of the other guests, who were white, were seated in more central and visible areas of the dining room. Seeing that the only Asian families were seated by the restroom made me feel uncomfortable. I don’t want to jump to conclusions, but it left me wondering whether the seating decision was intentional.
In addition, I ordered my steak medium rare, but it came out closer to medium well, and the edges were quite overcooked.
The server and staff were kind and friendly, and I appreciate their service. However, the seating experience and food quality affected our overall impression, especially on such an important occasion.

We’d thought we give Long Horn a try instead of Carabas across the street to celebrate a special family event. Food was OK; steaks were about 1/2″ thick only. Service was passable considering the Friday night rush at 6:30ish. The problem and the point of this review are the fruit flies. We had to swat them away while we were eating. A few met their end on our table but there were several resting on the wall of the booth. We’d told the waitress about the flies. She replaced a small loaf of bread for us, but that didn’t solve the issue. After paying the bill, I sought out the manager on duty to inform her of our dining experience. Her response as she rolled her eyes was, “Oh, those flies.”. She looked away and continued to fill another soda glass. No apology, no effort to make things right.

I’ve never had a bad experience at LongHorn Steakhouse. I order online most of the time, and it always works out perfectly, my order is accurate, ready on time, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious.
The prices are very affordable compared to other steakhouses, especially for the quality you get. The steaks are flavorful, cooked just right, and everything tastes high quality.
I’ve also dined in a few times, and the experience is just as amazing. The service is great, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the food never disappoints.

We’ve been going to this place for years, and it’s our favorite. The prices are reasonable and affordable. The food is delicious, especially the steaks and ribs, which are my personal favorites. The service is good and never had a bad experience except, maybe 2 unpleasant times, but I’ve had worse at other places that I’d been to since before my kids were born. The bathroom definitely needs more cleaning and often throughout the day.

I absolutely LOVE our LongHorn! The food is always delicious! The service is wonderful! I appreciate the quick “seat to eat” time and steaks cooked exactly to order. Baked potatoes are hit or miss but mostly hit and I firmly believe I’m worth the up-charge for the Brussel sprouts! Bathrooms are clean, the bar is often full and showing some sport game. Staff is great and I especially enjoy the “bussers” because they do a really great job clearing and cleaning the tables!!! And do the desserts!!!

This has been my go to reasonably price steak place. I have had everything from 200 dollar steaks all the way to 10 dollar steak and eggs. This longhorn was consistently good, and on the rare occasion it wasn’t right they fixed it. The quality of the cooking has become a bit of an issue, it’s a coin toss lately, they are still willing to fix it, I just wish they didn’t have to fix it. I’m still going because it is an awesome deal, even with the price hikes, and the staff is great. This is not meant to be a bad review, like I said I still go there, just an observation and one that is fixable.

LongHorn Steakhouse is a well-known franchise, so it’s no surprise to anyone the level and quality of its steaks and dishes (which, for me, are great). In this particular restaurant, I can say that it is always well-maintained, and the food is always well-prepared.
