My son loves their cheeseburgers so we grabbed some take out, ordered his cheeseburger, and the strawberry shortcake, as well as a kids grilled chicken meal with a sweet potato. Little did I know, even with take away they still give you the warm bread. Silly me thought that the cinnamon sugar butter was for the bread not the sweet potato. Turns out it was a great mistake. So piece of advice, when you get the bread, ask for that specific butter.. you’ll thank me ☺️.. As for the strawberry shortcake, it obviously didn’t come as it looks in the picture, but I forgot to take a picture of it before it was eaten. I don’t know how they do it but the cake was extremely moist and the strawberries were super fresh. The only reason why I gave a 2 star rating to the atmosphere is because I have extreme social anxiety and it was an extremely busy night. There were people everywhere, it didn’t seem like the staff could get a hold of it, they seemed very flustered and not organized. They could have been short staffed, I don’t know, so I don’t want to place all the blame. But other than that, it’s a great place with great bread.

Extremely disappointed in this location. I am traveling through back to NY & decided to get a steak. It took over 40 minutes to get our steak (mind you the place is empty). Our steak arrives cooked wrong. I ordered medium-rare & received well-done. My friend ordered Medium, but her steak was tough & dry.
We waited another 25 minutes for our new steaks to arrive (mind you only 3 tables are filled). Mine was more rare & my friends was more medium rare.
My asparagus was extremely spicy with what looked like chili pepper sprinkled over them. I frequent longhorn & these were not right. They were also undercooked & very firm.
Mac & cheese was also undercooked.
One women was working very hard. The rest of the staff, very young, spent more time socializing rather than working.
I’ll be sure to skip this location next time. Completely unacceptable.

I placed an online order on Sunday Feb 22 and while everything was actually super delicious, the Brussels sprouts were ridiculous! Those are the best I’ve ever had & I order Brussel sprouts pretty often at different establishments. I wish I had ordered another side of them! Thank you Concord Pike Longhorn chefs!

Our server was great but the steak…not great. I ordered 8oz. Sirloin medium rare with the grilled shrimp. My husband ordered the rib eye. My steak was cooked fine but was so tough it was practically inedible. My husbands ribeye was the same The sides were fine but when steak is your specialty it should be of primary importance. Unfortunately we won’t be returning.

First time dining here and I couldn’t be more disappointed. Will not be returning. My soups came out after my meal with no spoon. The waiter did not come check to see how the meal was after I received my food. The steak was ordered medium rear and came out still mooing. I usually don’t complain but this was not acceptable. I had to flag down someone to help correct my order which took far too long. If you’re looking for decent service your money is well spent somewhere else.

The food was great, but the service could have been better. Our server, Jonathan, seemed unfamiliar with the menu and needed to be reminded to bring our waters and ketchup. Additionally, our bill was incorrect—both of our drinks were charged at higher prices than what was listed on the menu because he substituted a more expensive wine and larger beer pour than what we ordered. I’d definitely recommend double-checking your bill here!
