I am giving them 4 stars because they have a horrible service when it comes to “the online wait list” if you are not at the restaurant there is no point to it. I put myself on the waitlist while I was on my way which was about 20 mins. When I arrived I came in and then they checked me in and told me I had to wait 30-40 more minutes I don’t understand the point on that. Originally was going to give it one star but we ended up seating at the bar area. I will be coming back but never on a weekend for sure. What changed my mind was that waiting for the food was so worth it. The freshness and the taste was great as well as with the drinks I was surprised.

I got the 7 pepper crusted New York strip and it was very bland. I also got a cheeseburger for my girlfriend and she loved it. She also said they have very good ranch. My salmon dinner 10/10

The drinks were awesome. Our waiter Mike recommended the dragon fruit margarita…omg it was DELICIOUS! I would have never gotten it if he hadn’t recommended it. Of course, Mike’s service was great! Steak and lobster was on point. I ordered corn on the cob, and it wasn’t available…. I remember last time the same thing happened. So Longhorn, have your corn ready, PLEASE! There is nothing worse than disappointing a food reviewer like myself. If I see it on the menu I really want it to be available! Lol… now hubby thought the bread was dry and tasted like wood. That is because he is in love with the bread at Texas Roadhouse…. the steaks were seasoned to perfection! Thank you for using seasonings!!!! Sweet potato and baked potatoes were great. Mac and cheese was liked by hubby not my favorite, but that is just my opinion. So there is some maintenance that needs done in the dining area. Some of the light bulbs are missing shades, the ladies room was dirty and the glass doors when you come in are filthy. I suggest someone from the wait staff check those things hourly. When you spend decent money the little things count especially when you get dinner mints at the end. Either way I’m planning when to come back for that dragon fruit margarita!

My girlfriend took me to this Longhorn location for Father’s Day to have a wonderful steak dinner together. I ordered the New York steak which I always ordered. It’s my favorite. We waited over 30 minutes after the entrees came in when the waitress came with my plate and I saw the new York steak she brought me I was very disappointed and unhappy like I said we waited over 30 minutes and they brought me a mini size New York steak. I asked for the manager on duty and the gentleman came to the table and saw the steak and agreed to the mini size of the New York steak. He told me that they ran out of new York steak and that was the last one. I told him why did the waitress brought that thing out to my table. I felt disrespected by the action taken by the waitress and the cook after that has happened I decided not to order any other steaks from them. The way the acted and approached me for me telling how upset I was for bringing that steak to my table after I waited over 30 minutes. I knew I wasn’t going to eat whatever comes out of their kitchen anymore. Here is a pic of that mini size steak which I was paying $30 for it. This is the last time I will visit longhorn steak house I rather visit Texas steak house instead. I had never had any issues at the Texas steak house before and they always bring a huge new York steak to my table.

French Onion soup was horrible. Steak was not cooked right and some kind of spicy spice on it. Order it with mushrooms and onions. Mushrooms and onions came in separate bowls. Waitress was not attentive. The Onion petals were blah. Coffee was very good and wings, mushrooms and pita dip were very good. We did let waitress know steak was spicy. My first and last time to here. Should’ve stuck with my first choice

I just had a really bad experienced on my pick up order on 12/31/25. I always order for pick up here and today was so bad. First of all, I got a text message that my order was ready at 3:03 PM and immediately clicked the link to enter my parking spot number. I was waiting for about 20 minutes and my husband decided to go inside and the server skipped him to assist another “white” person, my husband is black, and ignored him for another 10 minutes inside. Every car that came after us received their food and we were still waiting. Then, while inside my husband still waiting and she pulled a bag and said ohh this is the food but it was sitting on the counter for a while. She comes to the car and give us the food. The food was cold, the ice on the drinks was already melted , no straws, napkins, and no utensils were provided. I didn’t even get the sauce that comes with the tenders for my kids or the butter for the wheat bread. Really bad service and experience. We came to get food after a long day of work to experience this.

We came on a Sunday afternoon and just had to wait for about 10 minutes for our table to be ready. The food came out fast, and the lava cake is to die for!! The steak was cooked so well, and their Mac&Cheese was a 10/10!!

Went, every expectation I had was met. The service meet expectations. They did exactly what I expected. It was good overall. I went with the steak salad, to give it a shot, but I should’ve gone for the chicken salad, but overall it was good and the soup was really good. No major complaints solid over overall.
