The atmosphere was pretty quiet it felt homey. I did enjoy the bigger booth for more intimate table experience. We ordered our steaks rare, and they came out rare. Our server was very attentive.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this is an unacceptable issue. I’ve had missing honey mustard in my orders twice. This is not okay. Not when I’m tipping for service. My tips aren’t sensational by any means, but they’re not $0 either. Eating out is already expensive enough with inflation. As a courtesy, I tip. In return, I don’t get everything that comes with my order! I spent my entire day yesterday in the ER. I haven’t had Longhorn since they forgot my sauce the last time, so I figured I’d give them another chance. A big mistake! However, how could I have known any better? I was tired, hungry, and drained. When I finally get home with my food, I am missing my sauce yet again. I’m not trying to tell anyone how to do their jobs, but this is just ridiculous. It’s simple reading and instructions. Frankly, I’m not asking for much at all considering it’s a part of my order. If it wasn’t, I would’ve selected the “no sauce” option. It just makes me mad, especially after I leave a decent tip! I’m not interested in coming back here for a long time. If I do, I’m not giving another cent to this establishment or its questionably trained staff. Clearly, my tips aren’t appreciated. Avoid eating out here. Don’t leave tips. Maybe, it’ll inspire the staff to start actually reading and paying attention to what people order. Dine-in experience is usually pleasant, but they could’ve went downhill with that as well.

It was an absolutely amazing dinner with my son. We were stuffed when we left. Service was quick snd she was very accommodating and helpful. Atmosphere was just right, wasn’t crowded when we went. Food was fresh and tasted amazing. Stuffed mushrooms were delicious, we also got the onion as an app and took it home and heated in air fryer the next day and was still amazing. Steaks (Flo) very filling and cooked to perfection! We will be back!

Yes, I only gave the food 3 stars. It is not due to any fault of anyone at the location. The Roasted Garlic Parm Chicken was just not good. I believe it is just a bad corporate recipe. The manager (whichever one was working dinner on 02/20/2026) was great, comped that meal even though we did not ask them to and Destiny, our server was more than helpful. The only reason they knew there was an issue with the chicken, is because when asked… we declined a to-go box and mentioned “an odd taste”.

I had a family dinner there, everything was perfect and the team members including the floor manager were extremely nice. They went above and beyond to give us a better experience of the Steakhouse. 100% recommended and please don’t forget to leave a good amount of tips for them. They really work very hard and well. You won’t regret it.

Servers were bad. Manager very disrespectful. Prices are way to high 7$ for a coors light! Considering that is a cheap beer. Food was low portions. Seafood here may get you sick!!! The shrimp looked great but not cooked right. Just make sure your food is cooked enough at this place.

Experience was good. Seated quickly on a friday. Did havr to wait longer than usual for the drinks. Food came out in a decent amount of time. The steak i ordered was done to my specifications. The only drawback I would say was that it was a little over salted.

Our favorite night out. This location in Exton never disappoints! Great food severed hot and fresh. I know no one comes here for the house salad but this place always has the best salad of any other steakhouse! Steaks done to order! Chicken Perfection! Warm bread and butter to start. Great atmosphere and friendly fast servers! Why eat anywhere else and pay more???
