We stopped by late afternoon for a steak and they did not disappoint. Very nice atmosphere and our server. Michaela made sure we had everything we wanted or needed. Steaks were done to perfection. Highly recommend.

First time here and food was amazing with great flavors and portions.
We didn’t complain but the only issue was:
we were told 2 sides on each order and they charged the asparagus extra on both orders. I still give 5 ***** for the price we payed
Will stop again when on the area but with more caution when we order so we not be overcharged
The bread was delicious with butter as well.
Wine I order was great.
Overall great experience

The food was fantastic. Steak cooked appropriately. Server was attentive. Only negative I had was the wait time. We were a party of two, told 15 minutes, which turned into about 35 minutes. Nothing else negative to report. I would eat there again.

I’ve eaten at Longhorn between 7 and 10 times in my life, but first time at this location.This was by far the best experience.
All 3 of us ordered the NY Strip. Cooked perfectly for all of us. The fries have tremendous seasoning and were cooked just right. The bread served prior to the meal was hot and delicious.
The salads that come with the meal were larger than expected, which was great. Consuela was our server (and was wonderful) and had the added responsibility of tending the bar. She was helped by the fact three other servers stopped at our table to drop off food or get refills, so we respected the “all hands on deck mentality.”
Two of us ate mashed potatoes. Although they were tasty, we both thought they were probably instant. They tasted somewhat like KFC’s but had much better flavor.
So although the potatoes did not attain the high standards of everything else, this experience definitely deserves a 5-star.
Note: the picture is of a medium steak. It was cooked just right, with a pink center, but admittedly it looks red in this photo.

Typically we love Longhorn. We go to the one local to is quite often. This one looks exactly the same- but things are very different. Usually bread is on the table even before drink orders are taken. Drinks usually are delivered within a minute or 2 of ordering. Did is usually at the table within 10 minutes. Everything was slower. Server was very polite. She was all over the place, busy with several tables. That’s not a problem. Understandable on a Sunday. Steaks came out and were pretty much room temperature- not hot at all. Flavor was good, we didn’t ask to have anything done, but hoped some kind of discount or other type of offering, but none was offered. A manager came and asked how everything was, we explained, she said she’d find out what happened and come back, but never did. Glad this one isn’t our local!

Overall, everything was good except for the steak. I ordered it medium, but it came overcooked and very dry, almost as if it had been reheated. I asked for a replacement, but they went to the opposite extreme—the new one was so undercooked that I couldn’t eat it. The restaurant was extremely busy, and we waited about 30 minutes to be seated, so that may have contributed. Usually, at my favorite locations in Frederick and Germantown, I’ve never had any complaints.

Medium well steak was bloody, responded to email, advised meat was way bloody, they asked all kinds of questions, nothing but a sorry. Tired again today, instead of steak I ordered a burger medium well again, barely cooked. They don’t know what medium well means. Meat is served rare .

It was freezing in the restaurant, food was warm and the service was ok. $34 for the smallest steak. This location has gone down hill. It used to be our favorite. Now I travel to the Long Horn in York PA. Huge difference.

The food is alright since it is a franchise but I was there when i saw them treat a hostess horribly. She was just doing her job when all of a sudden she was being berated by a co worker and she started crying and had to leave. I dont care how good your food is but if you start treating your workers like crap then i will NOT be eating here.
