20 minutes wait for a table for six in a Saturday evening which was not bad! Food and service were both above par comparing to similar restaurants in Canada! The back ribs was very nicely cooked and I would say flawless – juicy, tender and soft. Definitely would come back again when visiting the area again!

They’re sweet. Tea is excellent! It’s homemade sweet tea. Not out of a fountain drink machine. The Parmesan crusted spinach dip… Excellent! Their steaks were really great too! Sweet potato… Great! Mac and cheese… Great! The noodles are longer than usual which makes it kind of fun to eat!

Applebees at the mall was too lazy to serve us. Told us there would be a twenty minute wait, while the entire restaurant was empty. So we walked across the road to LongHorn. It was our first time at the chain. The food was fantastic, comparable to many high end steak restaurants – and the service was impeccable. Jaime was our server. Top notch. And the the least impressive part was that it cost probably half or less than a steakhouse in Toronto. Highly recommend.

Visited Longhorn, Military Road, Niagara Falls NY yesterday for our anniversary. Our server, Amanda, was absolutely wonderful. She was very attentive. Everything came as requested, cooked to perfection. We started with an appetizer that we asked her recommendation on. She did not steer us wrong as it was delicious and we have leftovers. We ordered but asked her not to put the order in too quickly as we wanted to enjoy the appetizer. She did just that and when our meal came, we were ready. She checked in on us to make sure everything was good. She was extremely nice and funny as well. She made our anniversary dinner that much more special. When we go back, we are asking for Amanda. She is a true asset to this restaurant.

We had a lovely meal here while on vacation. We went late on a Friday night and had zero wait time, even though the restaurant was fairly busy. The staff was efficient, friendly and explained the menu really well. Our steaks came out perfect, very nicely seasoned. Definitely a nice option in the Niagara area where I felt a lot of the popular local restaurants didn’t impress at all with food.

Food has seemed to go downhill over the past year, but they are very good with accomodations for allergies. Service was pleasant, however we felt rushed and there were lots of empty tables. Never offered more bread when we were waiting and finished the first loaf. Atmosphere was fine, could use a good deep cleaning one of these days.

Very disappointed in this location lately. My wife and I just had dinner there tonight at around 8:00. The service was just okay, the waitress was adequate but not very friendly. After serving us she only checked back one time which was right after our meals were served. I think I had only taken one bite of my steak and didn’t realize how cold it was. Of the last 4 times we’ve been there in the last month we have been disappointed on 3 of them. First trip I had Salmon that was not cooked though, next trip everything was great, the next two, one of which was tonight were not good. The steaks were cold both times. The restaurant was not that busy on either occasion but I think the waitresses let the steaks sit for quite a while before bringing them out. I would not of gone there tonight but we had a gift card to use up. Bottom line is we are done with this location for a while. This location used to be outstanding until the last several months or so, not sure what happened maybe they got a new manager?
