Give the chef a raise! Got seasoned fries, ribeye and salad. All were delicious especially the ribeye well seasoned juicy and tender. Fries were the perfect texture. Salad dressing was awesome and bread is lovely

I had a great experience at this restaurant. It was quite busy and we did have to wait about 20 minutes, but it was well worth the wait. I had the flows fillet with Parmesan cheese crust and it tasted wonderful. The salad was really good and fresh as well. We also had the New York strip, which was cooked perfectly just the way we had asked for. The fries were really good and the ranch dressing was very tasty. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was extremely well taken care of. I was surprised how fast or order came , considering how busy it was at the time we came.

I got the eight ounce sirloin with mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts. I’m not big on brussels sprouts because I’ve always had them boiled when I was a kid and they had a horrific smell.
However , they had the crispy garlic brussels sprouts, salted or pan seared , whatever you want to call them , they were absolutely out of this world. I highly recommend them.
Everything was fresh , hot and delicious and it even came with some hot bread out of the oven with some butter on the side for a starter and that was awesome.
The sirloin steak was cooked exactly the way I wanted and melted in my mouth. Plenty of blue cheese for my salad. The potatoes were delicious and I already mentioned the brussels sprouts.
Jump ahead to the next time.I went to Longhorn Steakhouse. I ordered the same thing as last time since I loved it so much. This time, though the waiter asked me if I would like them to hold my steak until I finished my appetizer and I thought what a novel idea, keep my steak warm.I love my food hot.
Don’t make that mistake because while my steak was sitting it must have been on a heater and got completely dried out. I applaud them for being thoughtful enough to want to keep my steak warm for me while I was eating my appetizer , but they kind of dropped the ball with that.
Other than that , the experience was exactly like it was the last time. Next time I’ll take my steak with my appetizer and eat it a little bit warm because they actually do cook it perfectly medium.The way I like it when I ask for it that way.
BTW the service , an atmosphere or well above average as well as the cleanliness.

Stopped by for dinner and had a solid experience. The location is very convenient, right on NY-300, making it a great spot to grab a bite after shopping nearby. The atmosphere is exactly what you’d expect from a classic steakhouse: cozy, lots of wood accents, dim lighting, and a nice Western vibe.
The service was excellent; our server was polite and attentive, getting our food out quickly even though the dining room was nearly full. The steaks were cooked to the exact temperature we requested. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 only because it gets quite loud during peak hours, and there can be a bit of a wait for a table. Overall, it’s a great place for a quality meal at a fair price.

Very nice dining experience. We ordered appetizers and salads. Everything was good. The salads had full sized portions of meat and lots of extras. We had to ask for to-go boxes. Our server came by several times to check on us.

We’ve come to this longhorn several times now and it always hits the spot. The portions are huge and well worth the price. The steak is always tender and cooked to perfection. Their spicy chicken bites? Chefs kiss. Leighann W was absolutely a DELIGHT! She was hands down the best server we’ve had here. Her sense of humor, knowledge of the menu, and overall service were impeccable. Give her a damn raise. Thank you for a wonderful time yet again, we will be back.

Didn’t come over once, had no personality, and talked so low I couldn’t even hear her name otherwise, I would mention it. We’ve always had a good experience here and this was the first time experiencing this. You shouldn’t waitress if you hate it.

Came in as a single – if I wanted a table/booth it was a 25 minute wait but I chose immediate seating at the bar! Host had a smile, friendly, great first impression!!
Bartender/Server was right on top of things with beverage (Iced Tea) followed by my order!I chose the Steak & Shrimp combo w/ Ceasar salad (served w/ a loaf of fresh warm dark bread) and Crispy Brussel Sprouts for my veggie (shrimp served on a fluffy rice pilaf)! Cooks were at the top of their game on every item – everything was 5-Star!!
Apologies, I misplaced the receipt and don’t have the name of the female bartender for 5/23 @ ~7:30 but she was friendly, knowledgeable, smiling, and, most importantly, kept the tea topped off!
I did tell the server to convey thanks to the cooks for the excellent food prep!!
