We decided on early dinner at Chili’s because we were in the area and it would be easy. Boy were we disappointed! The staff was friendly and nice but the food was a no go!! Everything, except the mac and (watery) cheese, was dry. My dad ordered the surf and turf with a side of loaded mashed potatoes and opted for green beans instead of broccoli. Everything except the shrimp, was tough and dry. The green beans didn’t have a broth, a pat of butter nor a pinch of seasoning. My chicken crispers were dry, the batter had a bitter flavor and my fries, well the majority were over cooked. To add insult to injury, a fly landed on my father’s food as we were finishing the meal and the server was asking us if we wanted to go boxes. I said absolutely not. She grimaced because she saw the fly as well. Then she brought me the wrong bill which was $40 more than my actual bill. I did not complain about the food and my bill was corrected but rest assured I won’t be returning. If you decide to venture there,stick to chips, queso and margs!

Went with a group and the staff was wonderful; they made room for 8 of us. However, our waiter couldn’t careless what was going on but did his best. There is a variety offered; I got the 3 for me sirloin meal. And it was fabulous. Others got ribs, 3 for me, quesadillas, and ribeye. No complaints. However, because of our party size they could only split the bill 2 ways. Which I wish they’d display somewhere so there’s clarity. All in all, a good place to go for lunch or dinner. Just be mindful of your party size and how the checks work.

This place really needs better management. It’s disappointing to be a national chain with such bad procedures overall. And I’m saying it nicely.
It never fails that whenever I go there to dine or order takeout, I have to find an employee, and wait for service.
The takeout area is absolutely the pits. No one ever greets you, even if they’re standing at the counter. Theyll walk away before they ask to help or acknowledge you. I always have to look in the kitchen before someone is “available”.
I once asked for a manager in the main restaurant and she told me to go find someone in takeout. If I didn’t like their food, I would facilitate them being put out of business. And let’s not talk about cleanliness.

Pretty busy Monday night – does take a while to be seated, especially after 6pm – no surprise there. The staff was extremely friendly and apologized for the ‘long wait’ (my fiancé and I waited approx 40min to be seated). The waiter was extremely helpful and we wasted no time ordering our food as soon as we were seated and attended. The food did not take long to come out – it was pretty fresh, hot, and delicious! The triple dipper was amazing and I can’t say enough about the white cheddar mac and cheese at this location. First time at this specific Chilis location and we do hope to return – preferably a bit earlier in the evening!

The customer services was excellent the food was delicious the atmosphere was so comfortable all I heard was people laughing and enjoying them self’s. We did not had to remind them anything like I use to when I use to go there. I had to ask for Manager to ask him what was he doing cause that chills did a whole 360. I will return there me and my family we spent about 200$ that’s how I want my family to eat laugh and enjoy themselves. Very family friendly. The workers was absolutely nice smiling tentative and very friendly it felt like my own family ty soooo much.

I guess they were short staffed when we were there. Waited about half hour to be seated even though there were plenty of empty tables. Waitress nice and took our orders right away. Waited for ever for our food. Apologies were made. Food was delicious. The only down side for me and my friends, the music was extremely loud which caused difficulty hearing each other. Plus there were two parties with birthdays and the exuberance of the employees was extremely loud also but for the birthday parties I’m sure they enjoyed it.

Me and my wife had dinner both ordered fajitas and the triple dipper appetizer. The appetizer came out no plates to use along with it. Our fajitas came out one plate at a time about ten minutes apart. The tortillas came to our table in-between the arrival of the individual plates of fajitas and our rice was undercooked hard and crunchy. Bad service and food and nobody there to even try to act like some type of management to fix anything.

Hadn’t been to Chili’s in a minute so it was cool when the girls said let’s meet up for happy hour.
It’s a nice location, great bar! Our bartender was amazing! Engaging and fun!
We had the Christmas margaritas which were yummy! Can’t beat a chilis burger, so good! Looking forward to going back soon!
