We ordered medium bone in wings, very good. Lemon pepper bone in wings, had a great bite. Garlic Parmesan bone in wings, my husband loved them, I did not. And honey BBQ hot, my favorite, husband wasn’t interested. The kids chicken tenders were perfect and fries were very nicely seasoned. The ranch was good and the carrots fresh and cold.
That being said, we ate in with our two kids. The staff was nice. The food was very hot and fresh. Even taking some home, the wings were all just as yummy and juicy eaten cold the next day.
The turkey sandwich was delicious! And the burger tastes like the best backyard smokey burger you could ever want.
We will be back for sure.
The only small caveat for me was that we ordered a 6 piece that came with 1 ranch and then a 12 piece that also came with only one ranch. Would be nice Payed a buck to get an extra ranch.

My husband showed up 15 minutes later to pick up our food but they didn’t have our order. So my husband placed the order for our food, that I already placed, and was home, which is literally, across the street, about 45 minutes later.
I open my box of food and find a sloppy, soggy sandwich, with ONE undercooked slice of bacon, two pieces of lettuce that looks like it was plucked out of a compost pile, and a couple pickles. It appears as if my sandwich has been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. That’s odd, since my husband waited about 45 minutes for our food, and I can see the actual restaurant from my backyard. As I’m inspecting whether or not my sandwich is edible, my husband picks up his food and DROPS it, because the lid wasn’t secure, and his chicken wings go flying all over the kitchen floor.
We have recently moved to the west side from Phoenix . Every restaurant we go to, every takeout we order, is seriously poor quality. But Long Wongs has been by far the worst food I’ve ever eaten on the west side of town. Oh but they did offer my husband a free drink as compensation. I already emailed Long Wongs corporate office due to their faulty online ordering. But I was compelled to write this review because of how bad the food we received was.
