No one taking orders for the Long John Silver part in a timely manner. 1 employee out of 4 that I had interactions with was nice, the other 3 had horrible attitudes. The food took forever and is was so GREASY but the fish was so dry!! Like I get that it’s fried food but dang! Tables were dirty and they weren’t busy at all…..I can see why.

Today On October 23rd, my husband stopped by there to pick up dinner. the order was simple to fix. shrimp, some fish and a little cole slaw? It took 35 minutes.
It would have been a different thing, if it was really busy, but there was 4 workers.

Rugs/Matts up on the counter where the condiments are. They were out of stuff at 1118am Sunday. Table and floors needed to be cleaned. It has been going downhill. The employees were good.

Since the reopening of this location the food has suppingly good. Hot, fresh and no longer using old oil to fry the food in. The coleslaw needs some work. Very little dressing and the cabbage is in big hunks.. very hard to eat . But over all the food has been consistently very good ..
The service is a very different matter . We tend to go mostly on Sunday afternoon and some of the time the service is excellent, polite, fast and accurate. Other times it has been just horrible. Missing items, no condiments even thought we asked for them using the App. No idea what a mobile order is and trying to get us to pay again even though we paid via the app.
So it you hit the good Crew the service is top notch.. hit the other crew and it is like trying to explain to a toddler that is to busy with their toys to pay any attention to what you said or what they are supposed to be doing .
Now we check out order before we leave the window .
50/50 that everything is in the order .
We always order and pay via the app and use the drive thru.

I love the food. I’m a fan of Mexican food, and Taco Bell is a great meal for the price. It’s got great value and is easy to get in and out of if you’re in a hurry as well. Great folks, great food, and a nice pleasant atmosphere. 🙂

One of the best meals we have ever had at Long John Silvers. There for a while the food was not as fresh and tasty as it once was and the store was not as well kept. Tonight my husband and I went there and it was perfect! They even started giving out the crunchies again! The food was fresh, warm and really good. Which I love… Everyone in the restaurant was professional, kind and helpful. It reminded us of why we loved going there when we were younger. Great job!

The service has really gone downhill. It was never the best service, but now, it doesn’t serm worth it to try it. They hardly ever have all the items or enough staff to serve customers properly. On my last visit, I spent $20 on 1 meal with adding a couple extra pieces of chicken. I got the correct meal but barely enough fries for a child size portion when my order was NOT a kids meal. The food itself was OK but one of the pieces of chicken didn’t taste right. I had to pull up and wait and didn’t realize until after I left that the condiments weren’t provided. Why ask what you want and then not provide it? That’s my fault for only checking if the food was right. I wish they had better service. The workers are usually nice. But I think the biggest problem is not enough staff and not having enough products on hand.

Food is OK at times but not great, they put hot meat in with freezing sour cream so the supreme and loaded items aren’t that great. The long johns side has the fryer off some times in the afternoon and they don’t seem to change the oil much as it tastes quite old. They have messed up my orders many times sadly. The quality control sucks in this town it’s luck of the draw most fast food places.
