I had the most terrible experience at It’s Just Wings my guy had to wait an hour to receive 8 wings and some curly fries while me and my guy sits in the car watching all your employees playing inside the restaurant we was told to wait in the car and it shouldn’t take no more then 10 to 15mins but to wait an hour only to get home and my guy food is still not what he ordered he received 7 wings and fries we spent 10.88 for garbage the fries were nasty this is very unprofessional you need to get a new crew starting with your management team

For this to be my very first time visiting and buying from this business, it was the ABSOLUTE WORST experience of customer service!!! The Chillis North River Side location is full of young inexperienced child like adults who had my girlfriend and I waiting outside in pickup for nearly and HOUR for 8 wings and curly fries after telling us it would only be 15 mins top!!! To add insult to injury we sat and watch them all through the window and all they were doing was playing and lollygagging including the evening shift manager!! As I got home I realized the fries taste like the bottom of someone’s gymshoes, the wings looked like steroid wings and to to add more insult to injury they only gave me 7 wings!!! My advice is for this establishment to hire individuals over the age of 35 so that grown hard working people like my lady and I can get the very best service possible!! This is the last time I’ll have a bunch of “kids” take care of my service after spending my hard earned money!!!

I order online it told me the order will be available around 8:32 I arrived on time did the check in waited almost 30 minutes till I call and was inform they no longer had wings available in furious because they could had atleast had the Audacity to call and let me know that they will not be bringing out my order. I got inside to get my refunds and I’m inform that I have to wait in the morning worst experience I wouldn’t come back here it’s not a professional Establishment!!!!!!

Do not order from this place!! They have the worst customer service!!! I got my order almost an hour after it was promised to be delivered. They wouldn’t answer my calls, and when they did, they were so rude!!! Don’t waste your time or money on them! Shame on you, Chili’s (this is their restaurant)!!!!!

This experience was garbage . We waited a long time for our food . Bathrooms and dinning room were filthy . We waited 20 minutes to get our order in . While others were taken care of in less then 5 minutes . Don’t recommend at all . The waiter said it was because he was busy but he only had 2 other tables beside us . Garbage and even outside was filthy . Would not recommend .
