Fish and shrimp was overcooked and looked like it was under the heat lamp for about 6 hours. They were out of shrimp sauce. I will never go to this location again. The only thing good was the young girl at the drive thru was friendly.

This was the sorriest meal I have ever had. We ordered shrimp and fish. The fish was chewy from being under the warmer. The fries were cold. The biscuits were hard from sitting under the warmer also. We did not get any straws for our drinks. No silverware or napkins and they did not have any sauce for their shrimp. I will not go to this Long John Silvers ever again. It use to be a decent place to eat. The times have changed. The people were polite, but the food was horrible.

Literally the worst service I have ever gotten on a repeated basis. Firstly, the drive thru person speaks so ridiculously fast and then is mad when I can’t understand what they’re saying. Secondly, my order is almost always missing something, every single time. It’s fast food, I get it yknow stuff happens but it’s literally every time I just expect it and try to make the best of it. I go for the Long John Silvers. I love that batter! But honestly if this was just the KFC I never even would’ve went there, and I definitely would never go back if I had and was treated like this. LJS the only thing I’m coming back for is their fish, chicken, and hush puppies. Oh and they gave me a bagged mountain dew for some reason? That was weird. I’m not against it, mind you, just that I think it’s odd.

Normally I would give this location 5stars for service and food. Have tried to order here 2 times in the past 3 days only to be told they were out of fish for the night at 8pm, then the next visit (lastnight) was told there was a long wait for fish (almost 8 minutes) Today, 12/15/20 , was the 3rd car in line for 5 minutes before leaving, they obviously need better management. I will drive the extra 6 miles it will take me to the Maumee location from now on.

It would be 0 stars if I could put that…we always get the family 20, now 25 dollar meal. Chicken always tastes like it’s reheated so we decided to do fish today…we were told it would be 1 hour for 10 pieces of fish. This is the last straw…NEVER coming here again!!! LAZY EMPLOYEES!!!!

Spent 9 dollars on a 2 piece chicken meal and an extra piece of chicken. Could not eat the chicken because it was so hard. I was not given a receipt and when I told the man at the window thank you he responded by saying yep. Tried to call multiple times and nobody answered. Given the amount of horrible reviews for them, it seems upper management doesn’t care. Wish I could give zero stars.
