We were here midday on a weekend, and there was only one employee behind the counter. She was taking the orders, and packaging the food. We felt sorry for her. It took her 10 minutes just to get to taking our order. She was in the middle of packing orders for the drive thru, and putting together either grub hub, or door dash orders. The only other person working at that time was a cook, who was running like a headless chicken. Not exactly the fastest service, but when they tell you straight up that are told that they have to prioritize drive thru and pickup orders over people dining in.
By the time we got our food, we had been there for well over 30 minutes. But when we got it, the food was hot and fresh. The messed up part, it tasted like someone spilled salt in the fryers. Everything was heavily over salted. Even the hush puppies, and the Long John Silvers Chicken filets were almost inedible. All 5 of us threw most of the food away. I would imagine the door dash or grub hub order picked up at the time we were there must have been upset also. The only redeeming quality of the entire visit was the place was nearly empty, and it was kind of quiet.
Other than that, I seriously recommend avoiding this one at normal lunch and dinner times when the drive thru is busy.

I have always had great experience at this location. However tonight was different. It took them awhile to even acknowledge we was standing there. Wasn’t welcoming or friendly. Took way too long to get our food there was two people ahead of us. The following families after us got their food before us. The was out of almost everything and wasn’t even closing time. Also sticky floors and tables. Not a great experience.

Was traveling and noticed the long John Silvers, where I live we don’t have them anymore so I had to go. So happy We did because Mary and Tay were Amazing! Excellent Customer Service, Great teamwork and the food was delicious and fresh!
Next time we travel, we’ll definitely stop by again.

We ordered the 2 piece fish, 3 piece shrimp & 1 piece chicken plank combo with two sides (slaw & mashed potatoes with gravy). Food was excellent, and the hush puppies were outstanding! Friendly and helpful service!

Sadly, no long John silver’s near me anymore but it is an absolute stop for us getting on the turnpike at fort Pierce. After all these many years the quality is still amazing in a some of the best fish I’ve ever had!

The website shows they have grilled fish but they don’t at this location. I ordered the chicken tenders and potato wedges. Both were burnt and half cold. The cashier acted like she didn’t want to be there and the bathroom was dirty. For 30 dollars spent on 3 people it was not worth what we got. Not returning

Absolutely the worst of the worst. The staff are an absolute joke. We waited 15 minutes in the parking lot for the drive through order to be delivered. The woman who took our money would laugh when she came out and saw us still waiting.

Banging. Thry have the nicest employees and my food was hot, yummy and they gave me exactly what I ordered. What more could you ask for. The facilities are clean and the building is beautiful.
