Food was fresh and tasty. Customer service was good. Only complaint was there was no Carbonation in the A&W Diet Root Beer. I was told they couldn’t fix it….I was so looking forward to drinking it!!!! I drove over from Norman. Oh well maybe next time

I recently went and got a fish basket on Thursday on my way back from my daughters doctor appointment in the city at OU childrens hospital and the food was so delicious! The lady working at the establishment was real kind. It’s so good my cousin and I are making a trip driving over an hour away to get some more. The closest Long John silvers A&W closed down during COVID so we’re thankful to eat it again.

This was my second stop at this LJS, both times were good. The food was exactly what LJS is supposed to be, and the people were nice. This time the crew were especially nice. It was a Saturday morning, and I was the only customer in line, so service was fast. When I asked for an extra item the two girls, Lillian and Zoe could not have been nicer or more helpful. Dom got my order right at the register and the girls told me to not to forget to mention Zack, he cooked my meal. Well done all. Since I go to OKC a lot, I will be stopping there a lot. And for you other truckers out there, there IS truck parking. When you pull in, go around the back to make your turnaround.

Best Long John Silvers We’ve had in a long time. They closed down in Ardmore. So a stop at exit 91 LJS was well worth it. Not fond of the new fries but everyone is changing their fries sadly.

My fish dinner here was excellent. It was ready quickly and tasted great. The fish was freshly made. So was the cole slaw and the fries. The best LJS I’ve had in a long time.

Because of the manager, one star is more than this place deserves. However, I can’t post a review with zero stars. We ordered through their app, grilled and fried shrimp. Nothing in the app alerted us that the nearest location does not have grilled shrimp. When we picked up the order, nothing was said about substituting fried shrimp for grilled. We discovered the difference when we got home, 5 miles away. My wife called the manager and that is where things really went bad. First of all, there was no apology or any offer to make up for the discrepancy. I could hear that THREE times the manager interrupted my wife while she was speaking. She finally offered a refund or credit if we brought the meals back. 10 miles round trip? I don’t think so. Thankfully, it is rare to come across customer service this bad. The manager of this, increasingly rare Long John Silver’s needs to be fired! There is NO EXCUSE for this sort of behavior in retail. I’m only posting a picture to draw more attention to this review.

It’s hit or miss on the quality of the food. It’s overpriced. For my boyfriend and I it costs $35-40. The staff is always friendly,but you can be the only person in line and sit there atleast 10 minutes as far as atmosphere. It’s not the cleanest place I’ve eaten.

The guy at the drive through was just idk just blahhhh acted like he didn’t even wanna take the order …. I ordered the fish and shrimp platter and they literally forgot the
“FISH AND SHRIMP ” !!! Now my food I have at home is cold the fries look like a big ball of a greasy mess …. I live in Lexington and had to go all the back to purcell off the highway and they didn’t even off any kind of nothing!!! My advice either skip this place or seriously double check the single person order !!! I order my food at 8:09 pm and sat down to eat at 9 !!!
