Service is slow, cashier was unfamiliar with coupons, register was not equipped to enter some coupons. Every time we’ve been here, the place looks shabby, counters are grimy. The bathroom was dirty and lacking paper in the stall. The food was good ( we had burgers) but have found the burgers to be unavailable if you come in in the evenings.

So sad ! I haven’t been to an A&W / Long John Silvers since I was a child, I found this one still standing ..barely. Walked in and it smelt like everything was burning and walked into a cloud of smoke. None of the workers in the kitchen are wearing gloves. The cashier grabbed another persons fish with her bare hands. We came in for the whole “experience” of root beer floats in the frosted A&W glass and she put them in regular plastic cups. When I asked if they can come in the frosted glass cashier told me no. Terrible service and completely unsanitary!!! Will never be back …thumbs down

My experience was subpar. Weird previous worker was in there by the counter my entire half hour visit just talking to the staff and telling them about customers being there. I ordered the pickle cheese curds and 2 fish tacos. Told them I wanted a combo and only got the tacos. This simple order took 25 minutes and i got told they were just waiting on shrimp. There was no shrimp on my order not did I receive any. The curds were okay but my tacos were drenched in a disgusting amount of lemon oil sauce. Also there lobby music is just way too loud. Will not be back.

Rarely I will eat Long John Silver’s. When in the area I’ve gone to this store a couple of times and got sick from it. This time I went inside. I did that because I wanted to make sure the food was fresh and my truck doesn’t fit well in their drive-thru and I hate my tires scraping on anything. So inside right away the counters are dirty from fingerprints which I don’t like. It grosses me out. But it wasn’t too bad. I just didn’t touch it and it is a greasy food so there you go. But right away the guy at the register turned around and sneezed into the space all behind the registers. That was nice that he turned away from me being covered his face or anything he sneezed all over. I don’t want to breathe that when it’s circulates back around to the front and I don’t like that he sneezed all over the stuff. I rarely eat it and I didn’t know if you get sides or whatever I just didn’t know and he couldn’t give me a straight answer. He was very polite. Then finally we get the order in. I go to pay for it and the card machine shuts down. He didn’t know what to do and got the other lady to tell him to unplug the card reader so he had to move the cabinet to unplug the card reader and then I had to wait and I was like well could you just use the other register. Then he said well your orders in you just have to pay for it. And then my foot is broken and had surgery and I’m standing there and standing there and the lady behind me was laughing because it was almost comical. I did think about walking out but I was already in there. I asked for the waffle fries that I never had with a side of cheese. When I got outside on my broken foot and climbed in my truck to eat my food while it was still hot, the cheese was on top of the fries which kind of makes them inedible to me. Everything was actually hot this time and not all grease soaked. Anytime you go to that store you got a plan for traffic and for problems and make sure you don’t get sick. Overall though yesterday’s food which is the end result….. it was pretty good. I forgot to mention that I got a basket of two pieces of fish with the fries and the two hush puppies with a drink. There’s no sugar-free non-carbonated option and what used to be like $8 is now $14. The size of the fish is much smaller than I remembered.

Rest In Peace to this establishment. I’ll never eat here again after my last experience. Our last few visits were bad, but not THIS BAD. Their app confirmed that our food was ready. After arriving, we were asked to wait about 10 minutes, meaning the employees are not working as fast as they’re supposed to. They’re zombies. Oh and it’s gets worse! After waiting the 10 minutes, we were told the order was given to another customer by accident, meaning we had to wait once again. Fast food service is supposed to be fast. Long John Silvers is TRULY a slow food service. No reason for this issue to occur as they have warmers for their food. Learn how much food to keep in the warmers on average. It’s not hard at all. P.S. – Our beverages were 75% full. They are also blind apparently.

Food was very good and freshly made. The first time my fiancé came he got the fish and shrimp and then the chicken and fish. I got just the chicken. We were both satisfied and he was impressed with how good the food was. We went today and got extra crispy’s in our boxes, along with corn – which was as I remembered when it was on a cob from there, a pinch too much of black pepper. My fiancé also loved the coleslaw and hush puppies.
The restaurant however, I wish someone went around and cleaned tables because half the tables are full of crumbs. I know the restaurant is old and dated but it’s not hard to keep it clean.
Both times we went there was a handful of people enjoying their meals inside and the noise level was kept to a good volume (I can’t remember if there was music playing).
I rang the bell the first visit and employees graciously thanked me, my fiancé rang it today and no one said a word.

I wouldn’t order from here EVER, I went in and waited 45 minutes for fast food, ppl were leaving getting refunds from the aggravation they went through waiting and waiting… After 30 minutes of waiting I and another customer had zero problems directing customers that were coming in the door to other establishments so they didn’t waste their money and family weekend time. They had one kid running the drive through, a child texting on his phone behind the register letting ppl know he was just there to train, and a manager cooking alone in the back talking about being an hour behind on orders. I would seriously save your money and spend it somewhere that you won’t be mad about.

So they were pretty confused bc I asked for a roll or bun with my order…I wanted to make a fish sandwich, I guess no one’s asked before , they said, lol. It was good though. Meals are around $12 , which you really can’t beat for what your getting. Very big portions. My green beans were very soggy and bland but everything else was great.

The girl who helped us (I couldn’t tell you her name since I didn’t see a name tag and the receipt had a guys name Scott M on it.) could not understand that I wanted pieces of chicken. She told me she couldn’t do that. I told her I did not want a meal with sides, she charges me for it anyway. My wife orders a shake and the shrimp bowl combination. Do we get an up charge for a shake ? Nope genius gives us the shake and a soda. I finally get my food more than 10 minutes later, (I was never told there would be a wait) No crumbles, and the chicken has black spots on it. I have been to many Long John Silver locations over the years, but this is the worst so far. I have been to this location on multiple occasions before with no issue. Also the pepsi was flat.

Ordered two 3 piece chicken meals but when I got home I found I had two 2 piece chicken meals and one of them has only 5 waffle fries. Called them up and they said its impossible. They keep a strict count on the chicken and they weight the fries. Well then someone there can’t count or read a scale. Very disappointed and never going back. EVER!
