Ordered a Ceasar wrap at 8:45 pm for my husband’s lunch the next day,we live 1 mile from jimmy johns,put in in the refrigerator, my husband took it for lunch in his cooler lunch box he went to eat it it was nasty smelled like dead fish and tasted bad,he thru it out the window I called mgnt at Jimmy John’s there’s nothing they can do.i have now had 2 bad experiences there now ,I expect better for such pricey subs.we won’t go there again ,no wonder there parking lot is always dead.i will for sure spread the word.

Very slow at drive through. With one car in position to pick up and one behind them, drove up to ordering point and waited ~4 minutes to order then waited another 10 minutes to pick up.

I know that making sandwiches for a living isn’t exciting but there is a bare minimum you expect when a customer. When you’re gloves are covered in mayonnaise when your wrapping the sandwich up you remove and replace them with clean ones.; not hand the mayo covered sandwich to the customer sticking the receipt to it.

I absolutely LOVE the food from Jimmy John’s. That being said, it’s quite disappointing to see “delivery not available in your area” when I order on the app. It doesn’t happen every time, but the times it does happen are when I have no interest in leaving the house and missing my show. I live less than half a mile from the nearest location, so I would think a restaurant that offers delivery would have no problem getting food to me.
