This has been yet the worst experience I’ve ever had eating here. The three woman I saw actually working one didn’t even look like she worked there the other two looked about confused as all get out. I was embarrassed to even hear how they couldn’t even remeber where what order went where. Couldn’t get change to couple in front of us. They brought it to them. The place was absolutely not clean but our food came out our fries were cold my the corn tasted like rubber. It was just horrible then a manager looking chick finally came out after God only knows where. I’m severely disappointed in the lack of professionalism. And little to no understanding how to put a order of food together. Get it together!!!

I was pleasantly surprised to find the accommodations were very clean and well maintained. The staff was polite and curteous, and their menu had a lot of yummy options. It did take a little bit longer to get my food than I had hoped for, but it’s okay. When I finally did get my food it was really delicious.

Significantly improved store over the last 3 months. Service is now friendly and fast. Store is much cleaner, food quality is improved. I actually enjoy eating here now, rather than as a last resort.

OK food when your order is correct. Staff is lazy and likes to take shortcuts. I’ve had to show my receipt a few times to get what I paid for. I asked for a large Mt Dew one time and they gave me a frosty mug like I ordered root beer. I asked for a normal cup so I could take it to go and was told to keep the glass. They have a huge insect problem too. Every visit I’ve seen a spider or some other bug crawling around.

The staff were a little unorganized, but eventually got the orders right. The combination with a&w is a great collaboration. There could be more options on both menus, but they have the basics displayed for customers. Other than that, the food was great, and the restaurant was very clean.

Horrible customer service, took almost 10 minutes just to ask if we were ready to order. The place was disgusting, cigarettes in the mens bathroom, the floors in the whole place is so greasy you can see everyones foot prints. The guy fixing the sauce pumps put the top on the trash can and then put it back onto the sauces without wiping it off.

Service at the drive thru was a little slow, but they were busy. Lady on the mic and at the window was very professional and very courteous…. My only real complaint is when i ordered my cheeseburger I asked for just meat and cheese…. Still got it with ketchup mustard and pickle…. Food was great even if it was wrong…..

Order was wrong. Chicken had super thick batter on it from not being shaken off the amount times they are supposed to do it. Hushpuppies weren’t cooked on one side. It’ll be a bit before trying again. Unfortunately we are just in a time where having a good product is low on priority as well as customer service…

We sat and waited 25 minutes and never got our food while 3 people got served at the drive thru. When the third drive thru car ordered the same food as my husband did and was served in 30 seconds when we were still waiting, we asked for a refund and left. We were served and Finished eating! at KFC in less than 25 minutes. They offered the first guy at the drive thru a free drink because he waited 10 minutes. They offered us nothing! No discount, no food, no gift certificate…NOTHING!
