You all killed it 2-7-26 around 6pm. Exceded my expectations! Great service, close to the best fish and chips ive ever had. Didnt even get to sit down before my food was delivered. Awesome work crew!!

I’ve been eating here since i was a child. I don’t know who the owners are over the last 3 or 4 years, but it has been gross consistently every single I try to give it another chance. Their fish used to be thick ans juicy, taste was amazing, their shrimps were long and breaded so well, their chicken was also a good size and juicy, and the “Long John Silvers” brand of tarter sauce was so delicious!
Now, their food is all cooked in some burnt tasting oil, their chicken is dry and like a thin piece of cracker, the fish is small and always taste like it’s been sitting g out, their hushpuppies are fried down in that same oil and burnt.
I do not know why they keep changing the tarter sauce and each one taste worst than the last.
Whoever owned it all of those years actually cared about their customers and took pride in their business.
Now, it’s ran by people who clearly just want to monetize on the name and credibility of past owners in a small town of families who have been supporting this place for years.
it’s shameful and sad.
Do better, please.

I love the food and it usually is as expected. However, I have a LOT of trouble with the app, and I almost always order fast food via their app now. Also, they close at 8pm now. I’m usually coming though town around that time, and now it is rare I make it in time. Staff is awesome!

We’ve been going there for 20 years. Always consistent, clean and friendly. Food is great to!! We travel 70 miles to get there. We don’t have a local Long John’s Silver. But it is always worth the drive. This time we got it to go. That’s why it’s sitting in my lap

The oldest fish ever. I mean I know it’s a chain, it’s not gonna be fresh. But I didn’t expect it to be 28$ for freezer burnt fish that was a tough as a shoe. Hush puppies were trash. Fried shrimp was trash. Don’t order the captains platter, in fact just don’t go.

Located on Highway 20 in the heart of Yuba City. easy to get in and out of parking lot ,easy handicap access nice long ramp with very minimum slope. The beautiful pictures that resemble the menu all over the entryway .easy access to the front register where the order is made and that’s where the beauty ends. The food did not look like the pictures it tasted as it came straight at a favor can no flavor nothing to speak off. The tables and chairs are old the restaurant can use some serious remodel, The staff was nice and friendly .

Finally decided to try Long John’s after contemplating it for a while. I wasn’t a huge fan of the food but I know that isn’t the fault of this particular location so I’m not going to rate them low because of that. I went through the drive thru. My order was taken very quickly with good service and my food was brought to me very hot and very quickly. Good employees, but I probably won’t be returning just because I don’t think the food is really my thing and it was also very pricey.
