Slow and understaffed. By being a KFC/LJS combo location, the LJS menu is limited. Your only side choices are potato wedges and cole slaw. The prices are inflated as well.

Nice looking place,however the clean looking table we were seated at had a layer of sticky scum on it because someone used a very dirty towel to wipe the table and the seats. Everything was sticky with residue from the dirty towel used to clean it. Also the floor under the table was slippery with filth from an improperly cleaned floor,my feet could not get enough traction to hold still while sitting. The food was good,too bad the staff can’t clean the dinning area like it should be done.

Typically I really enjoy Long John Silvers, but this store was horrible. Our food was burnt, we didn’t get any silverware, napkins, or condiments in our go-to bag, and we waited a very long time. Found hair in our food. Never coming back here.

Long John Silvers now cooks your food when you place your order. The best ever! Drove from Oconomowoc. The employees were terrific and and caring. We will be back.

Arrived at 7:20 pm and there was a sign on the front door that said the lobby was closed and only the drive thru was open. After waiting at the drive thru for a couple minutes without my order being taken, I pulled up to the payment window and then waited another couple minutes until an employee came to the window and said they were not making any more food for the evening because only two employees were working.

Very disappointed in the service, they did get half of the order wrong. I was so looking forward to eating there condiments were out also. The workers disappeared and the soda went out.

if u order fish at the drive thru expect to hVe to wait a little longer cause they make each fish per order otherwise the food is great if a little greasy 🙂
