So the first thing everybody needs to remember, is that long John Silver’s is a fast food fish joint and should be judged accordingly. The restaurant was empty when I was there, which means it was clean and quiet”. The manager recommended that I get the super sampler, and the food arrived to my table, hot and ready to eat. The food itself was adequate. At a fast food restaurant, adequate is pretty good.

Extremely slow!!!!! No one tells you anything. The bathroom door was propped Open so I could only presume that it was out of order because there was no one to ask. I gave up standing in line because I had ordered online so now I’m in the drive-through and here I sit because the car in front of me ordered something and is just sitting there. They could have the car move ahead but no here we sit. What’s the point of making parking spaces for longer orders if they’ve just let the people stay up at the window so that the line gets longer and longer? Very expensive also. Now I’m stuck here In the drive-through because there’s someone in front of me and someone behind me and I can’t get out to go back in to ask where the heck my food is so I can get out of here but no, I’m gonna be sitting here for like a half hour this is ridiculous. I finally went BACK IN the store and had to wait again. When I got up to ask for my order, the manager was extremely rude and none of the employees were friendly at all. I’m missing a bunch of condiments. I spent four dollars on shrimp and I have no shrimp sauce. I have just a couple packets of malt vinegar and tartar sauce although I asked for six of each.

Love their chicken but for whatever reason it takes 10 minutes waiting at the speaker box just for them to take your order. Happens everytime and im sure it hurts buisness. If they can work on that it would be 5 stars all day.

Absolutely horrible!!! I placed a mobile order and went through drive-thru to pick it up. Waited 4-5 minutes at the speaker for nobody to answer, so I drove around to the window. A nice young lady greeted me and handed me a bag with less than half my order in it. I told her I was missing a second platter, so she went back to grab it. Meanwhile, I noticed my other platter was missing coleslaw and sauces. So when she came back with the second platter I asked if the coleslaw was in there along with sauces, she said yes. I asked about bbq (my platter included chicken), she said they don’t give customers bbq anymore. What??? A place that serves chicken, has bbq as a mobile option, but they won’t give me any?? I drove home, got the items out and there is no tarter sauce either!!! I specifically asked for 8 tarter packets for the two platters and received none, no bbq, and missing coleslaw. Absolutely horrible and will never go back to this location.

Not one to typically leave reviews but felt as if the franchise owner would want to read this. I’m relatively new to the Wyoming area and have never tried Long John Silvers. Around 8pm today (Jan 28) I figured I’d give it a shot. Told the lady working the drive through I’d need a minute to look through the menu, left me in silence. I decided on the two pieces of fish meal, exactly what I told her. She snapped back “the number 5?” I said I wanted the combo. “Oh the number 1?” Yeah that’s the one, seemingly annoyed that I said the meal instead of the number lol. Anyway she rudely asked me what side, I told her the Mac and Cheese, and rude as day she responds that you’re out of that. No big deal. The issue is this lady had an attitude that will drive business away. I’d imagine your franchise is already struggling and employees like her don’t help. I understand people have bad days but I always come to people with respect, especially fast food employees. Pointless attitude and disrespect wont fly with me. I don’t care what anyone has to say I ❤️❤️❤️ Long John Silvers. Hands down, the best place to get fish, the coleslaw is always on point and then the ultimate fast food finger food: hush puppies. Hot, fresh, and oh my gosh, so pants button popping off comatose comfort food good. The guys did an amazing job! Everything was perfect, thank you so much for making us dinner!

Sat at drive through and no one answered for over 5 minutes so had to walk in. It wasn’t even crowded and it took ages for anyone to get their food. Took almost 30 minutes to get my food. If I hadn’t already paid I would have just left. Staff weren’t rude but weren’t exactly friendly either. Multiple people had to come back in cuz they got orders wrong.
