I never have complaints about this establishment or service but today I did not receive my side of coleslaw and that saddens me.. I always speak so highly of your perfect service and delicious food and today I atey own words and was let down… Just a little bit. I’ll still return as a customer though without a doubt .

Had a craving, drove all the way to this location from Adrian with a friend. Food was good and hot…only complaint was they gave me part of my meal as it was done and the rest came out a little later Service was great!

It had been years since I last visited Long John Silver’s, and on a long drive home I thought I’d give it another chance. Big mistake.
I was the only person in line, with only a handful of cars in the lot, yet the wait was painfully slow. For the lack of customers, I expected much quicker service.
When my order finally arrived, it was a complete disappointment. The fries were cold, the hush puppies were dripping with grease, and the shrimp had absolutely no flavor. I skipped a drink, which probably would’ve been the only thing done right.
Even if the food had been decent, the price felt steep. Yes, the portions were large, but what good is quantity when the quality is this poor?
In the end, this was a reminder I didn’t need: some chances aren’t worth taking. Lesson learned. Never again.

Love the chicken and green beans here, I like the new kiasok feature. Staff is friendly and the self service pop machine is nice, clean and well maintained. Stock condiments station and a quiet place to talk and eat.

Hadn’t been there in a while. The food was good. Fish, waffle fries, cole slaw. The young man and young woman who were at the counter were very kind and friendly. You don’t see that very often. Keep up the good work.

This was absolutely the best Long John silvers I have ever ever been to. Food was fresh and cooked perfect. The person in the drive thru was polite and excellent customer service. Even reheated what was left of my food still was delicious. Great Job!!
