Ordered the Baja chicken wraps. No Baja sauce. Very soupy coleslaw. Had coleslaw juice dripping everywhere. The coleslaw juice had completely covered the outside of the tortilla before I had even unwrapped it. Yes I know coleslaw has juice. but this was definitely excessive for the item made. It was puddled in the wrapper. I couldn’t eat it and drive which was why I chose this item

We stop here whenever we are in town from Minnesota only because we miss Long John Silvers up here. I am always a bit hesitant to eat the food after seeing the restaurant cleanliness. Today we came in at 10:30am. 30 minutes after they opened. Can you guys please clean the place. Restroom walls filthy. Dried soda splatter all over drink station and in cup lid container. Chair bottoms need cleaned. Come on guys, these are the basics. The grime on the doors where everyone touches them….. I guess at least this time the floor wasn’t sticky.

Online ordered a large order of clams and a single order of lobster bites to try.
We ended up with a smaller order of clams, 10 tiny lobster bites, a piece of fish, and a few hush puppies. Clearly, not what we ordered and paid for.
So I took it back and explained what happened, that we got the wrong thing and wanted what we paid for.
We were told that the clams and bites were correct, and that we could keep the fish. Hilarious.
The clams were also burnt. The lobster bites were good, but very small and NOT WORTH over $4.
Overall we spent $12+ on an order we didn’t pick, and most it wasn’t good.
I just can’t recommend going here, this isn’t the first issue we’ve had unfortunately.

Went thru drive thru,it was not busy. Waited forever then got home and they did not give me any of my sides. Paid 20 bucks for my meal. Lobster bites had 7 little pieces in a big box. Seriously disappointed and won’t be back for awhile. Jasper ljs has really gone down hill. Service was not very good at all. Not friendly. Just all around a wasted trip for food I didnt receive!!!!

The cashier was very friendly, and he made sure I got condiments requested. BUT…
The food was awful! It tasted like it had been thrown back on the fryer to be heated as to be presented as hot and fresh. Both the fish and chicken were very dry and hard, and I couldn’t even eat it. The fries were no better. Waste of $15 for my one meal. Couldn’t even eat the product. Do better LJS!

I had not been to a Long John Silver’s in quite awhile, my wife and I went through the drive through. The food was just awful. I don’t think I have ever had worse french fries. They must have been sitting around forever. The fish wasn’t much better. We couldn’t eat any of it. Very disappointed.

Place was clean. Not too busy. One of the young men that works there…Derek… came to our table two different times to make sure we had everything we needed. He was very helpful and polite. Food was hot, fresh tasting and brought to our table very quickly.
