Eaten here many times but this review is from my most recent visit.
Food, atmosphere and service were very good. Food was hot and fresh, which explained why it took a good bit to get served. It was all very good. This establishment is very clean.

One of the nicest interactions I have had in a fast food restaurant when encountering a mistake with the order. They corrected it quickly and with a super friendly attitude! Great customer service and amazing employees Collinsville KFC!!

Sucked. 20 minute wait for a 16 piece chicken family meal. Instead of 2 mac and cheese, 1 potato and one slaw they gave me 2 slaw, 2 potatoes and 1 mac and cheese. Also ordered a #12 Combo, and they gave me no drink. This is one of the worst locations around. Chicken was a soggy mess as well.
