Slightly below average for this chain. The food is all as you expect. Service is always a little slow, lots of mistakes. But the people themselves are usually very friendly. Just set your expectations a little lower. I mean, let’s be honest, this isn’t fine dining.

Yuck! The food quality was a two at best. And that is at fast food standards! But the worst part was the lady that took the order. She was impolite and gave us the wrong food. If she is going to determine what I get, why did she even bother asking what I wanted?! And then argue with me over what I had ordered, even when I had not only said but pointed to the picture on the counter. There was a young man there that was friendly but this big slightly older woman was very rude. So, though the food was generously given a two, she deserves a zero. Or fired immediately.

I ordered single items. A chicken & shrimp. Get food home & it’s missing full order of shrimp. They added me to comp list. I was in drive thru though & when I seen the disgusting mess behind counter I opted not to return. Young man very sweet. Older woman poor hygene. I’m not judgemental in terms of that. But when you’re hair is nasty & hanging out all over while you’re preparing food & your nails are dirty… that’s a problem.

I still enjoy their food, and their staff is friendly -however the tables and floors have that greasy unclean feel. Their side portions and fish / chicken sizes have been greatly reduced throughout the years along with price increases. I can eat at a nice restaurant for same price as this fast food place.

I just came from ljs, Mooresville. That was the slowest and rudest service ever. I waited 17 minutes in drive through to be offered a 20 cent discount for waiting, just a slap in the face! I drove off and will never revisit… I urge anyone else to just drive on by and don’t eat there!

Close to closing time I think, about 9:15…. floors were in serious need of a broom. Behind counter shenanigans…. hats off, hat swatting each other, just goofing, middle aged somebody long gray hair goofing with the kids hat off, hat on, multiple times. Gross.
