The staff I got my order from were a bit stressed, and a little rough around the edges. But made up for it with being polite, and fast with our order.
Food was amazing, the only regret was they didn’t ask us if we wanted drinks, or different sauces.
They put a lot of sauces in our bag though, so they were very accommodating with that.

The food was really good today we haven’t been here in a long while. We received great service and was greeted as soon as we waked to the register considering they was extremely busy with trying to meet other customers orders. The food 10/10 customer service 10/10

Ordered two meals… Asked for extra ketchup, was given six packets, and told if we wanted more it would be $0.15 per packet!!! Once I got home I realized my order wasn’t even correct. Order two chicken and one fish got two fish and one chicken. Only got one fork for two coleslaws. Had asked for two sides of crumbs… Didn’t get them. I can’t believe I was told I had to pay for more ketchup!!!

I came there all the way from Covington KY to get the tacos bc I had them once and loved them. I waited over 20 minutes for two tacos and two hush puppies. When I got it the food was hard and cold. None of them apologize just stared as a cussed them out. They struggled to give me a refund and had the nerve to be frustrated with me. They wouldn’t let me have my receipt back claiming they needed it. Smh whole lot of time and energy wasted.

My wife and I had a delightful supper here for New Year’s Eve. Rhonda at the cashier station was fast and efficient and kept everything right on target, the restaurant was the cleanest I’ve seen at a Long John Silvers. The men’s and women’s bathrooms were spotless and the food was piping hot and delicious and delivered to our table. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

My family member and I flew into town last Thursday and immediately headed to this LJS to have a long overdue meal as we don’t have a location by either of us. The young man who took our order was being trained in new position and did a fantastic job. Entire staff is very friendly and seemed to have a great team spirit which really showed and added to the good food we remember (bell enthusiastically rang on the way out for sure).

I had a mobile order. When my daughter went in to pick it up, she went to check it, and they told her they had everything in there. I told her to always verify it, but she didn’t. That being said, I didn’t have my slaw or cocktail sauce. Don’t be snippy. You could be wrong.
