Update: ordered 2 fish, 3 chicken meal. Was given 1 fish, 2 chicken. I was the only customer at the time.
Meal was tasty and hot. Kind, courteous staff. Staff continually kept the dinning room and tables cleaned. Ate in the dining room. Had to move from booth to table. Booth was too narrow from table to seat, table was bolted to the floor. Deep fried Twinkies we’re not that good.

Awful !!! Dirty..poor service – They had the chairs on top of the tables two hours before they closed. The female employee thought it was necessary to discuss drive thru customers who made her mad with everyone who would listen. The food was actually gross. It should have been fresh because the wait was 15 minutes. Did not recieve all that I paid for either. I would not recommend anyone going there..EVER.

I looked on Doordash pick up before I went so I saw the prices etc. The particular combo I wanted was $7.99. I get inside and see the price is $10.29! I was shocked. I don’t feel what I got was even worth that price. I also got the chocolate cheesecake and it wasn’t that great and was hard and could barely get my fork into it. After my visit, I checked Doordash pickup again and even added it to my cart and went to check out and it still said $7.99. Seems like they’re trying to rip you off for eating inside! I won’t eat in again!

I’d like to say the woman on your headset, Linda in Cambridge Ohio store is phenomenal!!! ⭐️ She listens & isn’t rude and got my orders perfectly! I bought 4 dinner baskets 2 fish & 2 chicken. I’ve always had major attitude at this store in the past!!! Not with the lovey Linda She is excellent at her job! Keep her your store needs her❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food used to be so delicious but they changed the oil or something now me and my group of friends have taken this off our places to eat list. The crust is doughy compared to the crispy it used to be. It also leaves a thick film in my mouth. Ugh please switch back.

The food was horrible. Chewy fish and shrimp. We ordered the new waffle fries to try and we only got three! 3!! And those were cold too. Definitely not worth the money I spent.

The staff were very friendly. They let us know our food would take a little longer because they were cleaning the fryers before we ordered. The food was excellent, the onion rings were nice and crisp and everything else tasted good as usual. We don’t go to long john silvers very often, but after today that might change. Its always good to have something other than burgers, tacos, or pizza. This was a very nice change from the usual take out experience. I would like to thank the staff that worked at this location, thank you. I would also recommend this restaurant to anyone else tired of the same old fast food places.

Very good workers, clean and friendly place with good good. On June 21. 2021 Linda went above and beyond. She offered a cold drink for my toddler while we waited for our food to cook. We was in drive thru it was hot out and she also offered a pirate hat which kept him occupied. Awesome. Way to go Linda great customer service and very polite. 🙂 keep up the great work.
