I stopped at this location on my way to work when I get my food it looks horrible you can tell from the fries and the chicken that the grease was has not been changed then 1 piece of my chicken was undone my hush puppies were only done on 1 side and I keep trying to call to replace my food or my money and no one is answering, My husband also ordered a Salmon dinner over rice and the rice was undone it was hard so he just threw his entire dinner out… All over experience if I could rate it negative I would. Bring back the old long john silvers and workers the food was WAY BETTER then.

If I could get a give a zero I would my hush puppies are like freaking lava rocks their hard as hell my french fries I can’t even chew them. I spent $80 in the food is in edible absolutely disgusting and I’m calling for a refund. they also missed an entire order and a side of french fries and gave a wrong meal.

So tell me why I’ve been patiently waiting for my Long John Silver’s to reopen… just for them to come back serving chicken that looks like it went through a shrink ray.
I remember when the chicken and fish were the same size. Equal. Balanced. Fair.
Now the fish is thriving and the chicken looks like it needs a nap and a growth spurt.

They were out of tartar sauce and hot sauce. The fries were made with old grease, and it’s only been open for a few days. It’s the same as it was before they rebuilt. IDK why people are lined up for this, like the person who drove from Maumee when there’s a better LJS there.

Ordered a 3 piece chicken meal and got 3 nuggets ???????? For almost 12$. Either do better or close back up !!! Horrible. Hush puppies shouldn’t be bigger than the chicken ??

This place is terrible! Chicken is so small, changed the batter, changed the coleslaw. Got served old food. Neither me or my son could eat hardly anything. Old shrimp.

Sooo disappointed. Was excited to try the new place out. The old one was stale. Such a bummer. When we entered there were about 6 people waiting for their food. As I stood there for about 15-20 minutes, it looked like they were filling about 6 drive through cars to one inside order. I got a chicken meal. The waffle fries were bland, cold and tasteless. The chicken was hot but again no flavor. I will say the coleslaw was pretty good… maybe that came prepared already Hush puppies okay but again lacked flavor. Aso, when ordering they were out of change and said i could only pay with card or exact cash….rediculous…..Would never eat here again!

Ordered the largest family meal and extra hush puppies. Almost every hushpuppy was overcooked and hard as a rock. And the ones that were cooked “correctly” were saturated in grease. As for the rest my green beans container was half full and the fish and chicken looked too be cooked in old oil and those oooozed grease as well. Fries were also over cooked and dark. On a positive note the manager did come to the window and apologize for my wait and offer me a free soda.

Food was good however the only option when going inside is using the tablets to order food. Personally I prefer dealing with a human being when ordering. Prices were pretty high in feel like. Overall it was just an ok experience.
