Ordered a 2 piece food was hot and good tasting would be great if they didn’t forget my coleslaw and tater etc. The size is definitely NOT worth the money. 2 small fish filters 2 hush puppies and fries and no coleslaw for 12.29 I had it delivered so I couldn’t go get what was missing. I could not find the Fern Creek Long John Silvers online. When ordering, I asked for extra Tarter Sauce & they repeated it like 4 times as it they had never heard of it. No extra crumbles. No fork or spoon included with which to eat the slaw & no napkins. Very poor service & they were not even busy.

I came up there and ordered my food for carry out. I ordered the number 7 fish and chicken meal with double fries. The food was really hard and cold. I called up there after getting home and told them about my order. The lady that answered the phone was really sweet and told me she would fixed the order. I go back up there and the manger that night was really rude and kept arguing with customers and cussing at them. I didnt get the mangers name. It was Friday around 6 when I was there. Waited in the drive thru. Person started to take my order. They interrupted my order and told me to “hang on”. I waited in line for over 10 minutes in silence. Just for them to tell me they were closed due to short staff.
