My daughter had hair in her food and the cashier in drive thru was extremely nasty. But the manager Manila was very nice when she called my daughter and offered a free meal or refund. I told my daughter it was good enough that the boss cared enough to try to right the wrong and to let it go. We love LJS and wish the employees would work as hard as the boss.

So I went to this Long John Silvers. Am I got about $45 worth of food. It was burnt poorly cooked and had no heart. I look this person straight in their face I asked for condiments and they said they put connivence in the bag but they did not. Husband and I just stopped in there for lunch today. We’re from Colorado and needed a quick bite, and had a craving for LJS. Service was FAST! The BEST tasting LJS’s we have ever had. It was hot, crunchy, literally perfect. Staff was extremely friendly, seating area was clean. When a customer walks out saying “the manager and cooks in there are making sure the food is perfect, you won’t be disappointed” he was correct.

Let me tell you this place is geto,dirty and treated me like I was a common theif,they forgot to put my greens beans,and cold slaw in bag so I told them today they taught I was lieing cause I didn’t have the receipt i wasn’t surprised I just smiled and said ok..im very well off,I was like wow..blacks do blacks bad.when there not trained or perfeshnal.Sad..
