The cashier was friendly. The food took a little while to get to us but it was fresh & hot. So def worth it. Clean store but just needs to be updated by cooperate office! If they’ll update their restaurants they’ll get more business.

Stopped in there about 1 in afternoon there was one customer waiting for a takeout order one customer in front of me. Where we stood at the cash register waiting to order for 15 minutes. Not one single employee said a word to us nor came to the counter in that 15 minutes. Oddly though food would go out the drive-thru window pretty quick but the hell with the people in the Lobby. I would recommend driving down the road to another restaurant because from my experience the employees really don’t give a damn

The employees were very friendly and the restaurant was very clean, but the low score had to do with the food. The fries were ficed but the fish, chicken, shrimp and popcorn shrimp and hushpuppies could’ve really been better. I do believe that they need to get in the practice of changing the oil they cook in. I had never had this experience at any other store. The food was awful. Even the twinkie was bad. Like i said never hsd this issue at any other store.

I went to the Sunday all you can eat. The food was fresh and hot, and tasty. The staff was nice and very friendly. The only problem was it was slow receiving the refills. You also don’t get refills on sides, and you have to keep going up to the counter for the refills.

Fast food, seafood place in New Tazewell TN. Food was hot! They provided extra tartar sauce, as requested! The best beer battered onion rings around! With coupons, food is a good price! Dining room wasn’t overcrowded! Facilities clean!

I worked there. Shrimp left out in the heat for 6-8 hours. Old food served. No sanitizer used with dishes, most dishes was wiped out with cloth. Cole slaw past use date, fresh was placed on top of container to hide the old slaw. All veggies time stickers were changed to keep from replacing them. I would Not eat here even if I picked out food to cook and fixed it myself. Store and fryers and cooking utensils are absolutely filthy.

My chicken tasted like fish and was burnt! And the management does not wash their hands at all when handling food! Overall experience? I would not recommend people I hate to go here! I would give negative stars but I get no option.

This location is in horrible disrepair. Several menu items were not available because they were out of stock. The same applies for beverages. They couldn’t even make sweet tea because they were out of sugar and not allowed to go to the grocery store to get some until the truck came in. Upper management is aware they just don’t care.

My family and I drove 45min to 440 Broadway street to long John Silvers (closest to us) on December 2nd 2017 5:33pm. The cashier Amanda was the absolute sweetest and most kind to us in doing her job, Charles the management was also very kind. BUT the douche bag (big husky drive threw) named SETH was a total jerk! We ordered the 12pc 3 sides, (burned old crumbs) with drinks. We payed a total of 40.36$ ticket #1040 store #31000..anyways.. SETH was rude through his hands up in the air and rudely asked the cashier “did they actually pay for drinks!?! ” when my 16yr went back up to retrieve our cups that we’re forgotten.. Our green beans we’re half full not no we’re near the line (I used to work at a LJ so I know how it works) when I asked to to fill it up please we’re it should be he rudely said “well I suppose I can! ” dude! It was supposed to be full anyways what you mean you guess!? He stared at us hateful laughing as we walked out the door.. He can lie through this teeth at this but he was hateful! The food was disgusting and dark brown and burned we barely got any fries the food looked like it been cooked in old old grease it was so bad we couldn’t finish we had complained about it b4 and still nothing was done. The bathroom restroom wouldn’t flush either of them. I don’t understand how management doesn’t take car of this! We will NEVER be back there and if SETH continues to work there your customers will slowly leave because he made me cry as I was leaving I felt so miss treated.This restaurant is the only LJ that has been the roughest CHANGE Y’ALLS OIL AND FIRE SETH!!

Long wait, slow service, but yet friendly service and the food was fresh so it was worth the wait. An expectation would have been nice though. The food was good but a little overpriced for what we ordered. It had been a while since I’d been to LJS, but I was also disappointed to learn they no longer serve the little corn on the cob as a side.
